محددات السيولة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية المدرجة في السوق المالي دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات الخدماتية المدرجة في سوق عمان لألوراق المالية خالل سنة 20

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في موضوع محددات السيولة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 46 مؤسسة خدماتية مدرجة يف سوق عمان لألوراق املالية خالل سنة 2013 و ذلك باالعتماد على أسلوب االحندار اخلطي املتعدد والتدرجيي. خلصت الدراسة إىل أن هناك عوامل تؤثر على السيولة يف املؤسسات األردنية اخلدماتية، تتمثل يف النمو يف رقم األعمال و االحتياج يف رأس املال و املردودية االقتصادية و توزيعات األرباح و املخاطر التشغيلية. كما تشري إىل ان نظرييت التمويل الرتيب و التوازن كانت هلما نفس املسامهة يف تفسري هذه احملددات We tried in This study to discus the role of liquidity determinants in economic institutions, applied to a sample of 46 service-institutions listed on the Amman Stock Exchange during the year 2013 . depending on the progressive multiple linear regression method. The study concluded that there are factors that affect the liquidity in the service Jordanian institutions, is the growth in turnover and in need of capital and economic profitability and dividends and operational risks. Also it indicates that my pecking order theory and trade-off theory had the same effect in the contribution in interpretation of these determinants.
