Abstract

Our thesis focuses on the treatment and improvement of power transformer (HTB) maintenance through insulating oil processing using modern techniques such as chromatography, gas analysis, and dielectric strength measurement. The high vacuum oil treatment machine plays a key role in restoring the oil’s properties, with enhanced performance through smart sensors and automated systems. Non-destructive testing (NDT) complements this approach by detecting internal faults without interrupting operation. This strategy extends transformer lifespan, reduces maintenance costs, and ensures the sustainable reliability of the electrical network.
