دور تطویر المهارات الإداریة في تحقیق الالتزام الوظیفي د ارسة حالة مؤسسة طرفاوي للخدمات

Abstract

یهدف البحث الحالي إلى إبراز دور مها رات الإداریة في تحقیق الالتزام الوظیفي حسب رأي عینة من مسئولي الفروع ورؤساء المصالح في شركة طرفاوي البترولیة للخدمات . وللوصول إلى المبتغى تم تصمیم استبانه مكونة من ( 30 ) سؤال وزعت على عینة مكونة من ( 60 ) مفردة وقد أعیدت منها ( 50 ) استمارة وكانت جمیعها صالحة للتحلیل. وقد توصلت البحث إلى وجود علاقة بین المها ا رت الإداریة و تحقیق الالت ا زم الوظیفي، و وجود تأثیر لمها ا رت الإداریة في تعزیز الالت ا زم الوظیفي، ومن خلل ذلك فقد قدم البحث مجموعة من النتائج وإقترحات و منها یجب التركیز في المها ا رت الإداریة على المدریین على استخدامها و وضرورةإكتساب الخبرة لزیادة ترسیخها ولاسیما أننا وجدنها مستخدمة بكثرة في The current research aims to highlight the role of administrative skills in achieving job commitment, according to the opinion of a sample of branch officials and heads of interests in the Tarfawi Petroleum Services Partnership. To reach the goal, a questionnaire consisting of (30) questions was designed and distributed to a sample of (60) individuals, of which (50) forms were returned, all of which were valid for analysis. The research concluded that there is a relationship between administrative skills and achieving job commitment, and the existence of an impact of administrative skills in enhancing job commitment.
