ولاية ورقلة SAA القيادة التحويلية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة القيادة التحويلية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسةحالة الشركة الوطنية للتامينات SAA، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة، وتوزيعه على عينة مكونة من 35وظف في الشركة الوطنية للتامينات ولاية ورقلة، ولتحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج 20spss والاستعانة ببعض الأساليب الإحصائية: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري لعينة مستقلة، واختيار التباين وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود ممارسة لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية في مؤسسةThe purpose of This study is to identify the reality of practicing transformational leadership in the economic institution through a case study of the National Insurance Company (SAA). To achieve the study’s objectives, a questionnaire was used as a tool and distributed to a sample of 35 employees at the National Insurance Company in the province of Ouargla. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 20, with the assistance of several statistical methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation for an independent sample, and variance analysis.
