This study consists in highlighting the characterization of the Rhizobacteria that have been isolated from root nodules of peanuts (Arachishypogaea L.) grown in the area of Mansoura (town of Ghardaia). From the role played by Rhizobia as well as the biological fixationof nitrogen to the increase of nutrient availability in the rhizosphère. For this, we preceded this work. Six rhizobial isolates have undergone a number of biological and physiological tests (NaCl, pH, antibiotic resistance, BTB and phosphate solubilization). The results obtained showed that the Rhizobia studied reach maximum growth at a threshold of 1% NaCl and pH 6.8. The ability to grow in media containing Amoxicillin and Ampicillin has also been revealed. However, the clear halos that the isolates show in the PVK medium, expresses a solubilization capacity of tricalcium phosphate.EN_en
