الأعيان الطاهرة والأعيان النجسة – دراسة فقهية مقارنة

Abstract

هذه الدراسة موسومة بعنوان "الأعيان الطاهرة والأعيان النجسة دراسة فقهية مقارنة"، للإجابة على بعض التساؤلات أهمها: ماهي أشهر الأعيان المختلف فيها عند فقهاء الأئمة الأربعة؟، حيث تضمن البحث بدايةً أهم مصطلحات البحث، ثم عرض للأعيان المتفق على طهارتها ونجاستها عند المذاهب الأربعة وأدلتهم، وبعض ما نقله العلماء من إجماع حول هذه الأعيان، ومن ثم التطرق للأعيان التي اشتهر فيها الخلاف عندهم وعرض أدلة كل فريق، وأخيرا أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها. This study is entitled “Apparent obejects and Impure Objects: A Comparative jurisprudential study “ to answer some questions, the most important of which is: what are the most famous objects that are disputed among the the jurists of the four imams? The research initially included the most important terms of the research, then a presentation of the objects that are agreed upon as pure and impure according to the four schools of thought and their evidence, and some of what the scholars have transmitted of consensus regarding these objects, then addressing the objects that are famously disputed among them and presenting the evidence of each group, and finally the most important results reached.
