Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الضبط الإجتماعي على الأداء الوظيفي للمرأة العاملة المتزوجة من خلال بعدين أساسين هما: الضبط الأسري والممارسات الإجتماعية، حيث إنطلقنا من السؤال الرئيسي: هل يؤثر الضبط الإجتماعي على الأداء الوظيفي للمرأة العاملة المتزوجة؟ بحيث تمت الدراسة على 30 موظفة بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية، وإعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والإستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الاتية: يؤثر الضبط الأسري على الأداء الوظيفي للمرأة العاملة المتزوجة. تؤثر الممارسات الإجتماعية على الأداء الوظيفي للمرأة العاملة المتزوجة. This study aims to find out the impact of social control on the job performance of married working women through two main dimensions: Family control and social practices, where we started from the main question: Does social control affect the job performance of married working women? The study was conducted on 30 female employees in the Directorate of Education in Ghardaia, and relied on the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, the study reached the following results. Family control affects the job performance of married working women. Social practices affect the job performance of married working women.
