ALFAPIPE دور التخطيط المالي في تحسين الأداء المالي دراسةميدانية: مؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور التخطيط المالي في تحسين الأداء المالي لمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب (ALFAPIPE)بغرداية، وقد استخدمت الوثائق كوسيلة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، والمتمثلة في الميزانيات المالية وجدول حسابات النتائج والموازنات التقديرية للمبيعات. كشفت هذه الدراسة إلىالنتائج التالية:  تتميز مؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب (ALFAPIPE)بغرداية بالدقة في إعداد وتقدير الموازنات التقديرية للمبيعات.  مؤشرات الأداء المالي لمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب (ALFAPIPE)بغرداية ذات مستوى عالي.  يتجلى دور التخطيط المالي لمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب (ALFAPIPE)بغرداية في تحسين أدائها المالي من خلال تقديم معلومات دقيقة وواضحة حول مختلف الجوانب المتعلقة بالأداء المالي. This study aimed to uncover the role of financial planning in improving the financial performance of the Algerian Pipe Manufacturing Company (ALFAPIPE) in Ghardaïa. Documents were used as a means of collecting data and information, including financial budgets, income statements, and projected sales budgets. The study revealed the following results:  The Algerian Pipe Manufacturing Company (ALFAPIPE) in Ghardaïa is characterized by accuracy in preparing and estimating projected sales budgets.  The financial performance indicators of ALFAPIPE in Ghardaïa are at a high level.  The role of financial planning at ALFAPIPE in Ghardaïa is evident in enhancing its financial performance by providing accurate and clear information on various aspects related to financial performance
