آليات مكافحة الفساد في ظل دستور 2020

Abstract

يعتبر الفساد من أكثر الجرائم انتشارا في دول العالم مما سبب مشاكل في التنمية وتوقف الكثير من البرامج الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بل حتى التعليمة منها مما دفع دول العالم إلى سن قوانين وآليات تشريعية وردعية لمكافحة ظاهرة الفساد . والجزائر تعتبر من بين الدول التي عانت من الفساد الذي نخر أركان الدولة والمجتمع مما دفعها للانضمام إلى هيئات دولية وإقليمية وإنشاء مراكز ومؤسسات لمحاربة الفساد بشتى أنواعه من اجل تصحيح المسار الإصلاحي فان الدستور الجزائر لسنة2020 قد سن جملة الآليات والإجراءات من اجل مكافحة الفساد ضمن آليات قانونية ودستورية.

Corruption is one of the most widespread crimes in the countries of the world, which caused problems in development and stopped many economic, social and even educational programs, which provoked the countries of the world to enact laws and legislative and deterrent mechanisms to combat the phenomenon of corruption , Algeria is among the countries that have suffered from corruption that necrotized the pillars of the state and society, which prompted it to join an international and regional body and establish centers and institutions to fight corruption of all kinds in order to correct the reform path. What are the mechanisms to combat corruption and how effective are they by introducing the phenomenon of corruption in the Algerian political system?
