Abstract

This research addresses the topic of methods of proving crimes of enhancement in Islamic legislation and Algerian law. It does so by highlighting the significance of corporal punishment in the penal system of Islamic law, as well as its role in reducing crimes experienced by the Islamic society. The nature of enhancement crimes changes over time, necessitating the establishment of methods to prove and mitigate these crimes. This is achieved through a comparative study between Islamic law and Algerian law regarding these methods of proving enhancement crimes.
