Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role that the technological vigilance mechanism plays in supporting and enhancing technological innovation in institutions, especially the economic ones, by working to monitor and follow up all the technical and technological developments and developments that are known in the field of activity, and to achieve the objectives of this study was adopted On the descriptive approach using the desk survey method based on books, magazines, articles and notes, and for the applied side, 35 questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of employees of the Electricity and Renewable Energies Corporation in the state of Ghardaia, and after the screening process 20 questionnaires were kept, The study also relied on the statistical program SPSS and EXEL to download the questionnaire and analyze its results. So that it became clear to us through the study that achieving technological innovation in SKTM is a result of the extent of providing and activating the requirements of technological alertness
