مدى مشروعية إجراء التجارب الطبية على الأجنة البشرية دراسة شرعية وقانونية

Abstract

شهد علم الأجنة في السنوات الأخيرة تطورات هائلة، من ذلك التجارب الطبية على الأجنة البشرية. تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في كونها تتعلق بالكيان الإنساني، ولقد مكن اللجوء إلى التجارب الطبية على الأجنة من علاج العديد من الأمراض المستعصية. إلا أنها تثير عدة تساؤلات دينية وأخلاقية وقانونية، مما جعلها محل دراسة عند الفقهاء. ولقد خلصنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن الأجنة المستهدفة في التجارب الطبية تنقسم إلى ثلاثة أنواع، وتختلف مشروعية إجراء التجارب عليها باختلاف كل نوع من تلك الأنواع. In recent years, embryology has witnessed tremendous developments, including the use of medical experiments on human embryos. The importance of this study lies in the fact that it related to the human entity, and resorting to medical experiments on embryos has made it possible to treat many incurable diseases. Haw ever it raises several religious, ethical, and legal questions. Which makes it a subject of study for jurists. In this study, we concluded that the embryos targeted in medical experiments are divided into three types, and the legality of conducting experiments on them varies depending on each of these types.
