دور الإدارة الإلـكترونـية في تحسين الخدمـة العـمومية

Abstract

تمثل الإدارة الإلكترونية عصب المجتمعات الحديثة، وضرورة حتمية لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي حيث تسعى كل مؤسسات الدول لتطبيقها في شتى أعمالها الداخلية منها والخارجية وهذا لدورها الفعال في تحسين خدماتها. والجزائر من بين الدول التي سارعت في تطبيق هذا النمط الإداري من أجل تحسين خدماتها وتسهيل معاملات المواطنين وإصلاح علاقاتها معهم ويتجلى ذلك بوضوح في إطلاق الجزائر لمشروع "الجزائر الإلكترونية 2013" إلا أن التحول من الإدارة التقليدية إلى الإدارة الإلكترونية لا يزال في مهده نظير عدة عوائق عديدة تستلزم تجاوزها لتحقيق رضا وقبول المتعاملين مع المؤسسات الإدارية في جميع القطاعات.

The adoption of electronic examinations has become an essential featurewithin contemporary legal assessment frameworks,particularly in light of rapid technological advancement. This transformation reflects a necessary adaptation to the digital age, whereby numerous academic and legal institutions have integrated electronic exams as a principal mechanism for evaluation and certification. Such digital examinations have proven their efficiency in safeguarding the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of assessment procedures. The digitalization of assessment systems in various jurisdictions has further contributed to the streamlining of institutional operations, facilitating the evaluation and certification of candidates without recourse to traditional bureaucratic processes. Within the Algerian context, initiatives are underway to launch a unified national project for electronic legal examinations.
