Abstract

In the name of Allah the most compassionate and most merciful, all praise due to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the prophet. This study dealt with a topic marked "Fear and its impact on the provisions of worship" - A comparative jurisprudential study; where the problem of research was the following question: What are the effects of fear of the taxpayer during the harm of worship? To answer this problem I divided my research into two chapters: Chapter I: Fear and its impact on the provisions of purity and prayer, and chapter II: fear and its impact on the provisions of fasting and pilgrimage, and the most important result reached: that fear has a significant impact on the change of legal provisions and transfer from the original to the allowance and hardship to facilitate.
