Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور ف ريق العمل في التخفيف من ضغوط العمل بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل - قضي بكير - بولاية غرداية"، وقد استخدمنا الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ( التحليلي لكونه يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم استبانة تتكون من ( 41 فقرة موزعة على محورين رئيسيين بغرض جمع البيانات، حيث قمنا بتوزيعه على عينة الدراسة إذ قمنا باسترجاع 131 استبيان من أصل 150 استبيان موزع في حين لم نتمكن من استرجاع 19 استبيانات، وبعد الفحص التفصيلي لجميع الاستبانات المسترجعة تبين لنا أن هناك 09 استبيانات غير صالحة للتحليل لعدم اكمال إجابات على كامل عبارات استبيان ، وبالتالي فإن إجمالي عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل هو 125 استبيان بنسبة استرداد ( 95.42 %)، وقد تم استخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل، وتم تحليل البيانات المحصلة .(SPSS) باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي This study aimed to identify the role of work teams in relieving work pressures in the specialized hospital institution, mother and child - Gueddi Bakir - in the state of Ghardaia، A questionnaire was designed consisting of (41) items divided into two main axes for the purpose of data collection, as we distributed it to the study sample, as we retrieved 131 questionnaires out of 150 distributed questionnaires, while we were unable to retrieve 19 questionnaires، After a detailed examination of all the retrieved questionnaires, it was found that there are 09 questionnaires that are not valid for analysis due to the failure to complete answers to the entire questionnaire phrases, and therefore the total number of questionnaires valid for analysis، It is 125 questionnaires with a recovery rate of (95.42%). The comprehensive survey method was used, and the collected data were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS).
