Abstract

The phenomenon of witchcraft is one of the dangerous phenomena in society، which has spread terribly in the present time، over the ages the magic has had an impact in the emergence of mythical superstitious beliefs، the prophet has forbidden the harrah upon him، so this phenomenon continued to decrease from generation to generation despite the achievement of the contemporary human being a great deal of science and interpretation of social phenomena scientifically. Through all of this، we have tried in this study، which is characterized by the provisions on magic in Islamic jurisprudence، to identify the concept of magic and its types، and to spend some of the provisions on this subject، and to identify the factors of the spread of magic and its spread . In the end، we point out that Allah has made every disease medicine، as well as magic، which only harms the permission of Allah، so God has prescribed for us ways of treatment that we have had to follow.
