Abstract

The aim of this study was to uncover the relationship between organizational leadership and the conduct of organizational citizenship among the employees of the public woks wilaya Ghardaia, To identify differences by the following variables: Age, Gender and Professional Seniority, To achieve the objective of this study, the identification of organizational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior was applied to a sample of 49 staff members , Finding that there is no correlation between organizational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, there are no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational citizenship behavior attributable to age, gender and professional seniority).
