Abstract

The crime of genocide is one of the most important topics dealt with in terms of Islamic jurisprudence and international humanitarian law، as one of the most serious crimes that threatens human life and existence، especially since this crime has become a widespread phenomenon in all the countries of the world، including the Arab States، especially those Of Islamic law، in order to deter such crimes، international courts have been established، which are competent to punish anyone who himself has been tempted to attack human life in addition to criminal accountability in punishing persons، regardless of their level and degree.
