Abstract

تهدف ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺭﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺜﻴﺔ ﺇلى ﺇﺑﺮﺍﺯ ﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻨﺔ في ﺍلمﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ، ﻭﻣﺪﻯ ﺗﺄﺛيرﻫﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﺧﺪﻣﺎ ﻭﻭﻇﺎﺋﻔﻬﺎ، ﻭﺃﻫﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟتي ﺗﻮﺍﺟﻬﻬﺎفي ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ.ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ تحﻠﻴﻞ مخﺘﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ في ﺃﺩﺏ ﺍلمﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺑﺎﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻨﻬﺞ تحﻠﻴﻞ ﺍلمحﺘﻮﻯ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺍﻟﻮﺛﺎﺋﻘﻲ ﻛﺄﺩﺍﺓ لجﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ.ﻭﻗﺪ تم ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى ﺷﻘين:ﺍﻟﺸﻖ ﺍلمﻨﻬﺠﻲ، ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺍﻷﻃﺮ ﺍلمﻨﻬﺠﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺇﺷﻜﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﻓﺮﺿﻴﺎﺕﻭﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﻭﺿﺒﻂ ﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ، ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻖ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮﻱ، ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺣﺎﻭﻟﻨﺎ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺗﺄﺳﻴﺲ ﺧﻠﻔﻴﺔ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﺔ ﺷﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻭﻛﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﺗﻠﻢ بمﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺟﻮﺍﻧﺐ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻨﺔ في ﺍلمﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺃﻫﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﺛيرﺍﺕ ﺍﻟتي ﺃﺣﺪﺛﺘﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﺧﺪﻣﺎتها وﻭﻇﺎﺋﻔﻬﺎThis research paper aims to highlight the reality of using digitization technology in public libraries and its impact on the quality of their services and functions, as well as the major challenges they face in applying this technology. This is done by analyzing various previous studies in the subject literature, relying on content analysis methodology and documentary research as a tool for data collection. The study is divided into two parts: the methodological, which includes the methodological frameworks of the topic from problems, hypotheses, previous studies, and conceptual clarifications, and the theoretical part, where we tried to establish a comprehensive and sufficient theoretical background that covers various aspects of using digitization technology in public libraries and the most significant effects it has had on the quality of their services and function
