Abstract

The study aimed to identify the Vocational Adjustmentand its relation to administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector. The study sample consisted of 110 administrative staff. In order to obtain the data, the study tool was applied. And the student used a number of methods in statistical processing (Alpha Kronbach, arithmetic mean, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient). The results indicated that: 1) There is a statistically significant relationship between the Vocational Adjustment and administrative creativity among the employees of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia at the level of (0.05 α). 2) There is a positive correlation between the self-dimension and administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia. 3) There is a direct correlation between the professional dimension of Vocational Adjustmentand administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia. 4) There is a statistically significant relationship between the social dimension of Vocational Adjustmentand administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia. 5) There is a positive correlation between the economic dimension of Vocational Adjustmentand administrative creativity among the staff of medical institutions in the state of Ghardaia. 6) The level of administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia is very high
