صبرين, لبخورفتيحة, كبيري2024-06-032024-06-032023http://dspace.univ-ghardaia.edu.dz/xmlui/handle/123456789/7335تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر ، وذلك باعتبار الجزائر من بين الدول التي تسعى لمواكبة التطور العالمي لرقمنة قطاعها الإداري حيث حققت الجزائر بعض الإنجازات في مجالات متعددة كرقمنة قطاع التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي و قطاع العدالة ، قطاع البريد و المواصلات ، الخدمات العامة بوزارة الداخلية و الجماعات المحلية . توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها ان الإدارة الإلكترونية مازالت غير محققة بشكل كامل و اقترحت بعض المتطلبات الكفيلة للنهوض بالقطاع مع الإشارة الى اهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تطور القطاعThe aim of This study is to define the concept of e-governance in Algeria, considering Algeria as one of the countries striving to keep up with global advancements in digitizing its administrative sector. Alegria has achieved certain accomplishments in varois fields , such as digitizing higher education and scientific research, the justice sector, postal and transportation services, and public services within the Ministry of Interior and local communities. The study concludes that egovernance has not yet been fully realized and suggests certain requirements that are capable of advancing the sector, while highlighting the key challenges that hinder its developmentالإدارة الإلكترونيةالمؤسسات الجزائريةArticle
