In our work we tried to grow spirulina in a different climate from the original climate and monitor the natural evolution over a week, taking into account the climatic factors and physical chemicals that affect its growth. From obtaining biomass worth 1.9 grams in a liter and a half. Finally, we conclude that spirulina has the ability to grow despite different climatic factors if it is provided with the appropriate agricultural medium.frSpirulina, culture, different climate, growth, biomass.Spiruline, culture, climat différent, croissance, biomasse.Culture et caractérisation de la spiruline dans la région de Ghardaïa
