If they are not bound by moral values and tolerance, and inviolability of innocent children, they have no dog in this race. In this study, we tried to clarify the most important principles and provisions concerning the protection of children during armed conflict, according to Islamic jurisprudence and international humanitarian law, with indication of the most important mechanisms provided by Islamic sharia and international humanitarian law to ensure respect for these provisions protecting children who are victims of armed conflict.
