The concession contract is considered one of the most important administrative contracts used by public authorities to delegate the management of public services to private entities, with the aim of serving the public interest. This contract is characterized by its mixed legal nature, as it involves a public legal entity entrusting a private party with the task of establishing and operating a public service at its own expense and responsibility, in return for collecting fees from beneficiaries, all under the supervision and control of the granting authority. With the growing use of concession contracts, disputes may arise between the contracting parties. These disputes can be resolved through either non-judicial or judicial means, depending on the nature of the conflict. The termination of a concession contract may occur either naturally, upon the expiration of its term, or prematurely, due to early termination or rescission.
