The phoeniciculture depends on cultural care by meeting the requirements of the palm tree for insure earnings of production in quantity and quality. Unfortunately, these applications are not correctly realized at the level of certain exploitations, sometimes in a majority of exploitations for diverse reasons (lack of hand of qualified work, technical advice, financial means…). So there are differences of application of the technical route between the old and the new exploitations.
