Firstly I defined the rules jurisprudential and the "self inflicted" and its statue in sciences of Sharia, secondly I identified Fault, also I invoked its classes and its effect on the responsible. I mentioned some examples from its effect in some sections of jurisprudence. In the third chapter I studied the jurisprudential rules that concern the Fault from general rule to specific one ,after that I added the Impact resulted from the Fault as "self inflicted" concerning the rights of ALLAH(Public Right), and human rights .
