Digitization is one of the tools that greatly contribute to the improvement of higher education and the advancement of the university and its scientific research to the ranks of major universities. Through this study we have made some recommendations that we deem necessary, the most important of which is the provision of the necessary digital infrastructure and the restructuring of the teaching and working system in universities.
