Our study focuses on investigating the parasitic indices of Varroa destructor (prevalence, intensity, and abundance) in the species Apis mellifera during two seasons (winter and spring), their dissemination, and their relationship with three parameters (temperature, altitude, and humidity) in the region of Ghardaia .We employed both direct and indirect methods for counting the bees after using sugar shake. The results we obtained indicate that the high temperature allowed to reduce considerably the populations of varroa mites in the region.frVarroa destructor, Apis mellifera, prévalence, hiver, température, GhardaïaVarroa destructor, Apis mellifera, prevalence, winter, temperature, GhardaïaLes ectoparasites (varroas) chez l' espèce Apis mellifera intermissa dans la région de Ghardaïa
