The impact of faith in that, then it touched upon the impact of Islamic criminal policy in confronting the crime of bribery by presenting the Islamic legal texts and then explaining them. After that, the situational criminal policy of the Algerian legislator in the face of money crimes of embezzlement, fraud and fraud was clarified by presenting the legal texts and then explaining them. And because the lesson is the results, I ended my study with a comparison between the Islamic criminal policy and the positional policy of the Algerian legislator.
