Abstract: This work is an investigation and study of the book "Al-Bidayah fi Taqwim Al-Lisan" by Sheikh Zain Al-Mashayekh Al-Adami. Through this research, I sought to achieve the following objectives: - Introducing the author, his academic background, his works, and his most prominent sheikhs and students. - Investigating the book, meaning presenting the text in a manner befitting it and its author by thoroughly vetting its texts. - Clarifying the author's methodology, style, and sources until we arrive at the value and position of the book. The research culminated in a conclusion that included the most important results. Then I concluded this work with artistic indexes.
