In addition, Islamic law and Algerian family law have singled out children who are given special attention and have given it a broad interest in preserving their interests and affirming them within legitimate provisions and legal provisions aimed primarily at protecting the rights of the child from being lost, in accordance with rules and standards dérived mostly from Sharia.
