(Capparaceae) harvested in Oued Metlili, the plant was extracted by reflux. According to the technique the extraction yield is 0.086%. Antimicrobial activity was evaluated on six pathogenic: (Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus mycoïde, Micrococcus leutus the fungus Aspergillus Niger and yeast Candida albicans).
