The main objective is to study the phytochemical properties of amaranth (Amaranthus sp.) and develop a cosmetic product based on its extracts. Various analyses were performed including phytochemical screening, quantification of proteins, phenolics, flavonoids, tannins, lipids, tocopherols, and sterols. Cosmetic products were formulated and evaluated for its stability and sensory qualities.
