    The study aimed to identify the Vocational Adjustmentand its relation to administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector. The study sample consisted of 110 administrative staff. In order to obtain the data, the study tool was applied. And the student used a number of methods in statistical processing (Alpha Kronbach, arithmetic mean, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient). The results indicated that: 1) There is a statistically significant relationship between the Vocational Adjustment and administrative creativity among the employees of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia at the level of (0.05 α). 2) There is a positive correlation between the self-dimension and administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia. 3) There is a direct correlation between the professional dimension of Vocational Adjustmentand administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia. 4) There is a statistically significant relationship between the social dimension of Vocational Adjustmentand administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia. 5) There is a positive correlation between the economic dimension of Vocational Adjustmentand administrative creativity among the staff of medical institutions in the state of Ghardaia. 6) The level of administrative creativity among the staff of some hospitals in the health sector in the state of Ghardaia is very high

    دور التوافق المهني في التقليل من الاحتراق الوظيفي - دراسة حالة -عينة من أستاذة وموظفي جامعة غرداية

    This study aimed to investigate the level of vocational adjustment and job burnout among professors and employees at Ghardaia University, comprising 255 individuals, including 142 permanent professors and 113 employees. The study employed a questionnaire tool developed by the student, drawing from previous research. Statistical analysis, including mean and standard deviation calculations, Cronbach's alpha stability coefficient, simple linear regression coefficient, (T) test, and ANOVA, was conducted to assess the impact of personal variables on vocational adjustment and burnout. The findings revealed a high level of vocational adjustment and a decrease in job burnout. Differences in vocational adjustment were linked to age, job title, and pedagogical function. Discrepancies in job burnout were associated with job title, and administrative position. The study concluded that vocational adjustment, across its dimensions, significantly reduces job burnout
