    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة إثر جودة الخدمات التعليمية الخاصة على رضا الطلبة ومحاولة إبراز دور تطبيق أسس ومعايير الجودة والتي بدورها تعطي تأثير الإيجابي والرضا ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتوزيع 80 إستبيان على طلبة مدرسة اللغات والتكوسيت والتدريب harmony school وبعد إسترجاعنا 70 إستبيانا قمنا بتحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج spss كما أسفر عن وجود أثر لجودة الخدمة التعليمية على رضا الطبلة بالإظافة إلى إهتمام المدرسة وبشكل عال على جودة الخدمات التعليمية This study aims to determine the impact of the quality of private educational services on student satisfaction And an attempt to highlight the role of applying quality foundations and standards, which in turn gives a positive impact and satisfaction to educational services To achieve the objectives of the study, we distributed 80 questionnaires to the students of the Language and Education Harmony School, and after retrieving 70 questionnaires, we analyzed the data using SPSS, which resulted in: There is an impact of the quality of educational services on student satisfaction In addition to , the school's high interest in the quality of educational services
