Item الذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته باتخاذ القرار لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية لمدينة غرداية دراسة ميدانية بابتدائيات مدينة غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2025) جهينة, صاحبيهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الذكاء العاطفي واتخاذ القرار لدى مديري المدارس بالمرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة غرداية ، وكذا التعرف على الفروق حسب المتغيرات التالية: الجنس والأقدمية، والكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي واتخاذ القرار لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة غرداية، حيث اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي: على مجتمع مكون من 90 مدير ومديرة (المسح الشامل) بمدينة غرداية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيانين: تم الـتأكد من خصائصها السيكو مترية ( الصدق، الثبات)، وبعد معالجة البيانات بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة والحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss 22.0) تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: ⮚ مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية لمدينة غرداية مرتفع. ⮚ مستوى فعالية اتخاذ القرار لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية لمدينة غرداية مرتفع. ⮚ توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء العاطفي واتخاذ القرار لدى مدراء المدارس الابتدائية لمدينة غرداية. ⮚ لا توجد فروق بين الجنسين في الذكاء العاطفي باختلاف الجنس والأقدمية. ⮚ لا توجد فروق بين الجنسين في اتخاذ القرار باختلاف الجنس والأقدمية. The current study aimed to identify the level of emotional intelligence and decision-making among primary school principals, as well as to identify differences based on the following variables : gender and seniority. It also aimed to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and decision-making among primary school principals. The researcher adopted a descriptive approach : à comprehensive survey was conducted on a population of 90 male and female principals in the city of Ghardaia. To achieve the study's objective, two questionnaires were administered: their psychometric properties (validity, reliability) were verified. After processing the data using appropriate statistical methods and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 22.0), the following results were obtained: ⮚ The level of emotional intelligence among primary school principals in Ghardaia is high. ⮚ The level of decision-making effectiveness among primary school principals in Ghardaia is high. ⮚ There is a statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence and decision-making among primary school principals in Ghardaia. ⮚ There are no gender differences in emotional intelligence based on gender and seniority. ⮚ There are no gender differences in decision-making based on gender and seniority.
