    إدارة الصراع التنظيمي وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية دراسة ميدانية ببلدية زلفانة

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى العلاقة بين إدارة الصراع التنظيمي والتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية ببلدية زلفانة. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إذ تم إستخدام أداة إستبيان للباحثة خميس أسماء، وذلك بعد تعديله وتكييفه بغية الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة، وتم إستخدام عينة مكونة من 42 عامل من بلدية زلفانة. توصلت هذه الدراسة للنتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية موجبة بين إدارة الصراع التنظيمي والتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية ببلدية زلفانة. - ضعف مستوى كل من إدارة الصراع التنظيمي والتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية ببلدية زلفانة. - توجد علاقة إرتباطية عكسية سالبة منخفضة بين أسلوب التعاون والتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية ببلدية زلفانة. - توجد علاقة إرتباطية عكسية سالبة منخفضة بين أسلوب التنافس والتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية ببلدية زلفانة. - توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية موجبة منخفضة بين أسلوب التوسط والتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية ببلدية زلفانة. - توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية موجبة منخفضة بين أسلوب التنازل والتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية ببلدية زلفانة. - توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية موجبة منخفضة بين أسلوب التجاهل والتوافق المهني لدى عمال الإدارة المحلية ببلدية زلفانة. This study aims to determine the level of the relationship between organizational conflict management and professional compatibility among the workers of the local administration in the municipality of Zelfana. This study relied on the descriptive analytical method, as a questionnaire tool was used by the researcher Khamis Asmaa, after it was modified and adapted in order to answer the problem of the study, and a sample of 42 workers from the Zelfanamunicipality was used. This study reached the following results: - There is a positive direct correlation between the management of organizational conflict and the professional compatibility of the workers of the local administration in the municipality of Zelfana. - The weak level of both organizational conflict management and professional compatibility among local administration workers in the municipality of Zelfana. - There is a low negative inverse correlation between the method of cooperation and professional compatibility among the workers of the local administration in the municipality of Zelfana. - There is a low negative inverse correlation between the competitive method and the professional compatibility of the workers of the local administration in the municipality of Zelfana. - There is a low positive direct correlation between the mediation method and the professional adjustment among the workers of the local administration in the municipality of Zelfana. - There is a low positive direct correlation between the waiver style and the professional compatibility of the workers of the local administration in the municipality of Zelfana. - There is a low positive direct correlation between the ignoring style and the professional adjustment among the workers of the local administration in the municipality of Zelfana.

Islamic jurisprudence has come with its pre-humanitarian provisions to offer absolute protection for this role even in times of war. Despite the availability of legal and legal texts urging the need to protect these roles, they ensure that they perform worship and get close to Allah, and are supported by mechanisms that ensure their proper implementation, and criminal responsibility is part of the criminal court. their levels and grades. .
