    De l’analyse des besoins à l’élaboration didactique de la démarche pédagogique de FOS / FOU destiné aux étudiants de première année en chirurgie dentaire à l’université de Ghardaïa

    Cette étude, inscrite dans le cadre du Français sur Objectifs Spécifiques (FOS), a pour objectif de concevoir un programme didactique adapté aux étudiants de première année en chirurgie dentaire à l’Université de Ghardaïa. Elle s’appuie sur une démarche en deux étapes : l’analyse des besoins langagiers des apprenants à l’aide de questionnaires et d’entretiens, puis la conception d’un contenu pédagogique ciblé. Les résultats ont révélé l’importance de maîtriser le lexique scientifique, la lecture de textes spécialisés et la communication orale en contexte clinique. En réponse à ces besoins, un programme intégrant des supports authentiques et des activités contextualisées a été élaboré afin de faciliter l’intégration linguistique et professionnelle des étudiants. Mots-clés : Abstract This study, conducted within the framework of French for Specific Purposes (FSP), aims to design a didactic program tailored to first-year dental students at the University of Ghardaïa. It is based on a two-phase approach: the analysis of learners’ specific language needs through questionnaires and interviews, followed by the development of a targeted pedagogical content. The findings highlighted the importance of mastering scientific vocabulary, reading specialized texts, and oral communication in clinical settings. In response to these needs, a program was developed incorporating authentic materials and contextualized activities to support students’ linguistic and professional integration. الملخص: تندرج هذه الدراسة في إطار تعليم اللغة الفرنسية لأغراض خاصة، وتهدف إلى تصميم برنامج تعليمي موجَّه لطلبة السنة الأولى في جراحة الأسنان بجامعة غرداية. تعتمد الدراسة على منهجية من مرحلتين: تحليل الحاجات اللغوية الخاصة بالمتعلمين من خلال استبيانات ومقابلات، ثم إعداد محتوى تعليمي موجَّه. أظهرت النتائج ضرورة التمكن من المفردات العلمية، وفهم النصوص المتخصصة، والتواصل الشفهي في السياق العيادي. واستجابةً لهذه الحاجات، تم إعداد برنامج يتضمن مواد تعليمية أصيلة وأنشطة موجهة في سياق طبي، بهدف تسهيل اندماج الطلبة لغويًا ومهنيًا.

    La mise en place d’une formation FOS d’informatique pour les employés des administrations informatisées Cas d’Algérie télécom de Ghardaïa

    L’outil informatique est toujours présent dans les administrations algériennes.Ce dernier base sur la langue française ce qui pose un obstacle pour certains employés. A travers de ce mémoire, nous proposons une formation de FOS en informatique afin de les aider. Mais nous tentons de délimiter l’intervalle de notre recherche en choisissant les employés de l’administration informatisée d’Algérie Télécom de Ghardaïa comme un corpus. Avant d’entamer la conception de notre formation, nous analysons les besoins langagiers de notre public graçe à un questionnaire destiné à cette tranche sociale. En revanche,on peut généraliser cette formation au profit de tout employé dans une administration informatisée tant que l’informatique touche tous les secteurs. Abstract The computer tool is still present in the Algerian administrations. The latter is based on the French language, which poses an obstacle for some employees. Through this memory, we propose a formation of FOS in data processing in order to help them. But we try to delimit the interval of our research by choosing the employees of the computerized administration of Algeria Telecom of Ghardaïa as a corpus. Before starting the design of our training, we analyze the language needs of our audience through a questionnaire intended for this social segment.     Fos et identification des besoins langagiers Titre des guides touristiques. Cas du personnel du l'OTD à Beni-Isguen-Ghardaïa

    Résumés : Ce mémoire de recherche se penche sur l'identification des besoins langagiers des guides touristiques et du personnel de l'Office de Tourisme de Béni Isguen, une commune située à Ghardaïa, en Algérie. L'étude examine en détail les compétences linguistiques essentielles requises pour interagir efficacement avec les touristes, en mettant particulièrement l'accent sur la communication en français. À travers une enquête approfondie, des défis spécifiques sont identifiés, et des recommandations sont formulées pour améliorer la qualité de compétences linguistiques. Ce mémoire aspire à contribuer à l'amélioration et la consolidation des connaissances linguistiques du personnel du tourisme à Ghardaia. This research focuses on identifying the language needs of tourist guides and the staff of the Tourism Office in Beni Isguen, a town located in the Ghardaia region of Algeria. The study examines in detail the essential language skills required for effective interaction with tourists, with a particular emphasis on communication in French. Specific challenge s were identified through a conducted survey, and recommendations were formulated to enhance the quality of the tourist experience. This research aims to contribute to improving and strengthening the linguistic knowledge of the tourism personnel in Ghardaia.

    La conception et la réalisation d’un programme de français de tourisme au profit des entreprises touristiques de la ville de GHARDAIA

    Notre travail de recherche s’inscrit dans la continuité des travaux ayant trait à la didactique du français sur objectifs spécifiques. De par la zone géographique où nous résidons à savoir, Ghardaïa, notre étude a porté sur le français du tourisme. En effet, les observations du terrain effectuées nous ont indélébilement renseignées sur le contexte dans lequel les professionnels du tourisme exercent leurs missions. En analysant les données recueillies , nous avons pu dresser une liste des besoins urgents comprenant maîtrise du vocabulaire spécifique au domaine du tourisme, la capacité à donner des informations historiques et culturelles de la ville de Ghardaïa, ainsi que la compétence à gérer des situations de communication courantes telles que l'accueil des touristes, la présentation des sites touristiques et la réponse aux demandes d’informations de la part de ce public spécifique. Notre ambition tend à proposer des activités pédagogiques entrant dans la formation des guides touristiques pour l’utilisation adéquate du français du tourisme, comblant ainsi des besoins et satisfaisant à des attentes. Our research work is part of the ongoing studies related to the didactics of French for Specific Purposes (FOS). Based in the Ghardaïa region, our study focuses on French for tourism. The field observations we conducted have provided us with valuable insights into the context in which these professionals carry out their tasks. By analyzing the collected data, we have identified a list of urgent needs, including the mastery of specific vocabulary related to the field of tourism, the ability to provide historical and cultural information about the city of Ghardaïa, as well as the competence to handle common communication situations such as welcoming tourists, presenting tourist sites, and responding to information requests from this specific audience. Our ambition is to propose pedagogical activities that contribute to the training of tourist guides in the appropriate use of French for tourism. This way, we aim to address these needs and meet expectations. بحثنا يندرج في سياق الدراسات المتعلقة بتعليمية اللغة الفرنسية لأغراض محددة، وبالتحديد للسياحة. يتمركز عملنا في منطقة غرداية، وقد ركزت دراستنا على اللغة الفرنسية المستخدمة في مجال السياحة. فبفضل الملاحظات الميدانية التي قمنا بها، استطعنا الحصول على نظرة مفصلة عن السياق الذي يعمل فيه هؤلاء المهنيون. من خلال تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها، تمكنا من تحديد قائمة بالاحتياجات الملحة، وتشمل إتقان المفردات الخاصة بمجال السياحة، والقدرة على تقديم المعلومات التاريخية و الثقافية عن مدينة غرداية، بالإضافة إلى الكفاءة في التعامل مع حالات الاتصال الشائعة مثل إستقبال السياح، وتقديم المعالم السياحية، والرد على طلبات المعلومات من هذه الجماهير المحددة. طموحنا هو تقديم أنشطة تربوية تساهم في تدريب المرشدين السياحيين على استخدام اللغة الفرنسية بطريقة مناسبة للسياحة. وبذلك، نسعى إلى معالجة هذه الاحتياجات و تلبية التوقعات.

    Ce Mémoire s'inscrit dans le domaine de la Didactique du FOS (français sur objectif spécifique), Dans ce travail nous nous intéressons par le domaine de la médecine. L’objectif principal est de démontrer à travers un corpus mené à l'établissement public hospitalier TIRICHINE IBRAHIM de Ghardaïa et recueilli auprès des professionnels de la santé qui sont les paramédicaux (IBODE), et qui utilisent le français comme un outil de communication. Afin de remédier ces lacunes Nous avons essayé d'identifier cette difficulté et de recenser leurs besoins qui sont en relation avec la langue française par le biais d'un questionnaire destiné au personnel tenté de cerner et d'analyser les besoins langagiers de ce dernier. Abstract: Nowadays in Algeria, the use of French language developed in multiplefields, particularly in the medicine field, itbecameitstoolof communication. Our research is conducted under the fieldof(FSP)inorderto specify the needs and difficulties that may the nurses face towardthis language. We had applied this work in the public hospital institution TIRICHIN IBRAHIMinGhardaiathroughanalyzingthe findings of statistics had been gathered from the Health professionals and paramedics who uses the French language as a tool the facilitatetheir professional activities.

    La proposition d’un programme FOS/FOU pour les étudiants de 2 ème année Management Touristique d’Université de Ghardaïa

    La langue française représente un obstacle majeur pour la majorité des étudiants dans l’université de Ghardaïa, nous avons choisi d’étudier le cas des étudiants de la 2ème année licence professionnalisante Management Touristique, afin de proposer une séquence didactique selon leur besoin spécifique. Dans la progression de notre recherche, nous avons suivi les étapes de la démarche FOS/FOU, où nous sommes arrivé à proposer des cours conçus pour notre public cible. ABSTRACT The French language represents a major obstacle for the majority of students in the University of Ghardaïa; we have chosen to study the case of students of the 2nd year professional license Tourism Management, in order to propose a didactic sequence according to their specific need. As we progressed in our research, we followed the steps of the FOS/FOU approach, where we came to offer courses designed for our target audience.

    L’acquisition de la compétence communicative dans l’enseignement du français sur objectifs universitaires. Cas des étudiants de la 3ème année sciences de l’information à l’université Abderrahmane Mira à Béjaïa

    La présente recherche étudie l’acquisition de la compétence communicative de l’oral et de l’écrit, dans l’enseignement/ apprentissage du français sur objectifs spécifiques, chez les étudiants de la 3ème année licence en science de l’information. L’objectif de cette étude, est de vérifier la maitrise de cette compétence, de repérer les carences et les difficultés des étudiants, et de déterminer le type de la langue utilisé dans cette formation. Cette recherche porte aussi sur les types du discours scientifique appropriés à cette spécialité, ainsi que le degré de son exploitation de la part des étudiants de la discipline. Abstract. This research studies the acquisition of the communicative competence of oral and written, in the teaching/learning of French on specific objectives, among students of the 3rd year licence in information science. The objective of this study, is to verify the mastery of this skill, to identify the deficiencies and difficulties of the students, and to determine the type of language used in this training. This research also focuses on the types of scientific discourse appropriate to this specialty, as well as the degree of its exploitation by students in the discipline.

    Le français sur objectifs spécifiques (FOS), selon des didacticiens, répond aux attentes d’un public spécifique pour une carrière professionnelle future. Dans ce modeste travail, nous avons essayé d’élaborer un programme, après l’identification des besoins des étudiants, qui tente d’atteindre la grande majorité des objectifs attendus par notre public de 1ère année licence tronc commun psychologie/sociologie (2019/2020) à l’université de Ghardaïa. الملخص: وفقا لرأي التربويين، اللغة الفرنسية لأهداف خاصة تعمل على تحقيق تطلعات الجمهور المختص وذلك لمسار مهني مستقبلي. وفي هذا العمل المتواضع، حاولنا تطوير برنامج، وهذا بعد تحديد احتياجات الطلبة، والذي يحاول تحقيق الغالبية العظمى من الأهداف التي يتوقعها جمهورنا الأولى جامعي ليسانس جدع مشترك علم النفس/علم الاجتماع (2019/2020) في جامعة غرداية Summary: French for specific purposes (FOS), according to the didacticians, meet expectation for a specific public in order to have professional career in the future. In this modest work, we have tried to develop a program, after identifying the needs of the students, which tries to achieve the vast majority of the objectives expected by our audience of 1st year bachelor's degree in psychology / sociology (2019/2020) at the University of Ghardaïa.
