    ملخص: الهدف من دراستنا هو تحديد التأثير المضاد للميكروبات للزيوت الأساسية من نبات الحنظل على بعض البكتيريا المسببة للأمراض. اعتمدت الاختبارات على طريقة الانتشار على المدى المتوسط الصلبة (حساسية)، وتبين دراستنا الحد الأقصى لتثبيط في Staphylococcus aureus مع منطقة تثبيط تساوي 14 ± 14,1 مم والحد الأدنى من تثبيط في Listeria monocytogenes مع منطقة تثبيط تساوي 14 , 1± 9 مم ،, و تثبيط متوسط Pseudomonas aeroginosa وEscherichia coli ، و وProteus vulgaris يساوي 10 ±14,1 مم، 00 12±مم و 13 ± 1,41مم، على التوالي، في حين الزيوت العطرية لنبات الحنظل لم يكن لها أي تأثير على Bacillus subtilis Résumé : Le but de notre étude est de déterminer l’effet antimicrobien des huiles essentielles de la plante citrullus colocynthis sur quelques bactéries pathogènes. Le test adopté, est basé sur la méthode de diffusion sur milieu solide (antibiogramme), notre étude montre un maximum d’inhibition chez Staphylococcus aureus avec une zone d’inhibition égale à 14±1,41 et un minimum d’inhibition chez Listeria monocytogenes avec une zone d’inhibition égale à 9±1 ,41mm, pour Pseudomonas aeroginosa, Escherichia coli et Proteus vulgaris, une inhibition moyenne égale à 10±1,41mm, 12±00mm et 13±1,41mm respectivement, cependant l’ huile essentielle de la plante citrullus colocynthis ne présente aucun effet sur la souche de Bacillus subtilis. Summary: The aim of our study was to determine effect of antimicrobial of essentials oils of plant Citrullus colocynthis on some bacteria Pathology. The test adopted is based on the diffusion method on solid milieu (sensitivity), our study shows a maximum of inhibition in Staphylococcus aureus with an inhibition zone equal to 14 ± 1,41mm and minimum inhibition in Listeria monocytogenes with an inhibition equal to 9 ± 1, 41mm, for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Proteus vulgaris, the average of inhibition equal 10±1,41mm, 12±00mm and 13±1,41mm, respectively, but the essential oil of the plant Citrullus colocynthis has no effect on Bacillus subtilis.

    Contribution à l’étude de l’effet biologique de l’extrait brut des fruits de Citrullus colocynthis(L.)Schard

    Cette thèse concerne l’étude de l’activité antimicrobienne des huiles essentielles contenue dans l’extrait brut des fruits de la plante Citrullus colocynthis. Le rendement d’extraction est égale à 1,67% ; ce qui est appréciable et peut être rentable à l’échelle industrielle. Nos résultats ont montrés l’absence de toute sensibilité ou d’autres effets antimicrobiens des huiles essentielles de Citrullus colocynthis Les huiles essentielles extraite de la plante a été testée contre les bactéries suivantes: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli; et contre la levure: Candida albicans. هذه الدراسة تتمحور حول الفعاليّة ضدّ الميكروبات للزيوت الفعالة المحتواة في المستخلص الخام لنبات الحنظل. المردود المتحصل عليه يعادل 6% 76,1وهي نتيجة مهمة في الربح بالجانب الصناعي 6أكّدت النّتائج عدم وجود أيّة حساسيّة أو تأثيرات أخرى ضدّ الميكروبات للزيوت الفعالة لنبات الحنظل. والزيت المستخلص للفاكهة أستخدم ضدّ البكتيريا Staphylococcus الخميرة6Escherichia coli و البكتيرياaureus .Candida albicans Our study is about the antimicrobial activity of crude extract of fruits of the plant Citrullus colocynthis. Therefore test the essential oil against microorganisms, the yield is equal to 1.67% is significant and can be profitable on industrial scale. Our results showed the absence of antimicrobial properties of the essential oil extracted from the plant Citrullus colocynthis, they were tested against the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and against yeast Candida albicans.
