This recognition has spurred the adoption of varied governance approaches across nations, each geared towards achieving operational efficiency, service excellence, and economic efficacy concomitantly. Within the sphere of healthcare administration, diverse international experiences unveil a mosaic of management paradigms, marked by nuanced differentiations in approach. Confronted with the intricate dynamics of this environment and the imperative for expeditious outcomes from public health institutions, a conscientious effort has been directed toward the refinement of management processes. This strategic endeavor manifests an inclination towards a delegative paradigm, affording prominence to local actors. These actors, whether from the local community or internal stakeholders within these institutions, constitute a focal point in a trajectory dedicated to augmenting performance and elevating service quality.Item تغير لدى الأسرة الجازئرية خلال القرن الحادي والعشرين(جامعة غرداية, 2024) إلياس, قدة; كمال, عويسي; فوزي, لوحيدينسعى من خلال ىذا الدقال إلذ تتبع التغتَات التي شهدىا المجتمع الجزائري والظروف التي مر بها خلال الفتًة الأختَة وخصوصا على مستوى النسق الأسري، وذلك بهدف إبراز التغتَات التي طرأت على الأسرة الجزائرية وخاصة على مستوى البناء والوظائف والروابط، و تقدنً حوصلة عامة عن الرابط الاجتماعي وخصائصو خلال ىذه الفتًة، مرورا بالعديد من الدراحل، أي أثناء الفتًة الاستعمارية ثم بعد الاستقلال إلذ الفتًة التي نعيشها الآن، ففي الدرحلة الاستعمارية شهدت الأسرة الجزائرية تدىورا وانقسامات كبتَة لشا أدى إلذ تفكك للرابط الاجتماعي، ثم مرحلة ما بعد الاستقلال التي شهدت أشكالا خاصة من التضامن والتًابط القائم على الأخوة كشكل من أشكال الرابط الاجتماعي ، وصولا إلذ الدرحلة الحالية التي عرفت برولات كبتَة ) اجتماعية، ثقافية، اقتصادية وسياسية( كان لذا أثر واضح على بنية الرابط الاجتماعي، بحي توصلنا إلذ أن ىذا التغتَ الذي يشهده الرابط الاجتماعي في الأسر الجزائرية، جاء امتداد للعديد من التحولات والتغتَات التي شهدتها الأسر الجزائ رية. الكلمات الدفتاحية :رابط اجتماعي/ لرتمع جزائري/أسرة جزائرية/ تغتَ اجتماعي. Through this article, we seek to trace the changes that Algerian society has witnessed and the circumstances it has gone through during the recent period, especially at the level of the family system, with the aim of highlighting the changes that have occurred in the Algerian family, especially at the level of structure, jobs and ties, and to provide a general overview of the social bond and its characteristics during This period, passing through many stages, that is, during the colonial period, then after independence, until the period we are living in now. In the colonial stage, the Algerian family witnessed deterioration and major divisions, which led to the disintegration of the social bond, then the post-independence stage, which witnessed special forms of solidarity and existing interdependence. On brotherhood as a form of social bond, up to the current stage that witnessed major transformations (social, cultural, economic and political) that had a clear impact on the structure of the social bond, so that we concluded that this change that the social bond is witnessing in Algerian families came as an extension of many Of the transformations and changes witnessed by Algerian families.Item مستوى ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية في واقع المؤسسة الجزائرية(جامعة غرداية, 2023-09-01) محمد, قرويل; علي, بونوةهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع مستوى ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها الثلاثة ( العدالة التوزيعية والعدالة الإجرائية والعدالة التعاملية أو التفاعلية ) في المؤسسة الجامعية زيان عاشور بالجلفة وذلك من خلال وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم علم الاجتماع، اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة الميدانية على أحد أهم الأدوات في جمع البيانات والمعلومات في البحوث الاجتماعية وهي الاستمارة والتي تكونت من أربع محاور و25 عبارة تم توزيعها بعد إجراء المسح الشامل على 50 أستاذ موظف في قسم علم الاجتماع، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا وسوسيولوجيا توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها الثلاثة في واقع جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة هو مستوى متوسط، ويرجع ذلك إلى جملة من العوامل حسب وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم علم الاجتماع منها ما يتعلق بالجانب القانوني والإجرائي من ناحية التطبيق في أرض الواقع ومنها ما يتعلق بنظام الحوافز والمكافآت غير الواضح ومنها ما يتعلق بمنظومة العلاقات التي تربط الإدارة بالأساتذة، كل هذه المتغيرات لعبت دورا كبيرا في أن يكون مستوى ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية متوسطا في واقع المؤسسة الجامعية زيان عاشور بالجلفة. The objective of this research was to investigate the extent to which organizational justice is being implemented in its three dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) at Zian Achour University in Djelfa, as perceived by faculty members in the Department of Sociology. A questionnaire was utilized as the primary tool for data collection, comprising four sections and 25 statements, which were distributed among 50 staff members in the Department of Sociology following an extensive survey. The data was then processed statistically and sociologically, leading to several findings that indicate an average level of organizational justice implementation in all three dimensions at Zian Achour University in Djelfa. This is attributed to various factors from the perspective of the faculty members in the Department of Sociology, such as legal and procedural aspects of implementation in practice, unclear incentive and reward systems, and relationship dynamics between administration and faculty members. These variables have significantly contributed to the average level of organizational justice implementation in reality at Zian Achour University in Djelfa.Item دور مديري المدارس في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي(جامعة غرداية, 2023) الطاهر, بوهالي; سيف الدين, هيبةجاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن دور مديري المدارس في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي ،ولقد قمنا بهذه الدراسة نظرا للواقع الذي تعيشه المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية، والعنف الذي أصبح يعيق المردود التعليمي ،وقد أجرينا هذه الدراسة على عينة من مديري المدارس الابتدائية ببلدية الجلفة، باعتبار انهم الأدري والأقرب الى معرفة واقع مؤسساتهم ، وما يحدث فيها. وقد توصلنا الى النتائج التالية : 1-العنف سلوك سلبي يؤثر على التلميذ وعلى المؤسسة التربوية ، وهذا ما يستدعي وجود ادارة فعالة وقائمة للتقليل من هذه الظاهرة. 2-ظرورة تنظيم برامج, وندوات، ودروس توعوية ،للطلبة ،والاساتذة ،والأولياء، لتوجيههم الى افضل الاساليب التربوية لمحاربة الظاهرة. This study revealed the role of school administrators in reducing the phenomenon of school violence. We conducted this study in view of the realities of Algerian educational institutions and the violence that has become an obstacle to educational returns. We conducted this study on a sample of primary school administrators in the municipality of Djelfa, who are more familiar and more familiar with the reality of their institutions and what is happening there. Wehave reached the following conclusions: Violence is a negative behaviour affecting the pupil and the educational institution. Effective and established management is required to reduce this phenomenon. Programmes, seminars and awareness-raising courses for students, professors and guardians should be organized to guide them to the best educational methods to combat the phenomenon.Item وسائل التّواصل الاجتماعي الحديثة والتّغير الاجتماعي في المجتمع الجزائري -الانترنت انموذجا-(جامعة غرداية, 2023) الطاهر, بوهالي; سيف الدين, هيبةالملخص: هدفت هذه الدّراسة على الوقوف على تأثيرات استخدام الانترنت بين أفراد المجتمع الجزائري ،وعلى هذا عمدّت الدّراسة للإجابة عن تساؤلات مرتبطة بآثار استخدام الانترنت على أنماط السلوك وبناء العلاقات الاجتماعية وما يترتب من ذلك على واقعهم الاجتماعي ،استخدم في الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف الظاهرة وأغراض استخدام الانترنت وانعكاساتها. وتوصّلت الدّراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: - مساهمة الانترنت في تغير منظومة القيم الاجتماعية وقيم العمل الجماعي المشترك المبني في إطار التفاعل الحقيقي بين الأفراد حيث أصبح الإدمان على الانترنت مكرّسا للقيم الفردية على حساب القيم الاجتماعية التي تمثّل عنصرا هاما في ثقافتنا المحلية العربية والإسلامية وحتى الإنسانية. و ظهور مواقع التواصل الافتراضي كالمحادثة والدردشة مما أدى إلى ظهور نوع جديد من العلاقات الفردية والجماعية في المجتمع الجزائري وباتت متنفسا للعديد منهم للترويح على النّفس وإفراغ المكنونات الشخصية . الكلمات المفتاحية :وسائل التواصل الحديثة ،الانترنت، التغير الاجتماعي . ABSTRACT: The emergence of virtual networking sites such as conversation and chat, which led to the emergence of a new type of individual and collective relations in Algerian society aThe study aimed at identifying the effects of Internet use among members of Algerian society. Accordingly, the study sought to answer questions related to the effects of Internet use on behaviour patterns and the building of social relationships and the consequent social reality. The study used the analytical descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon, the use of the Internet and its implications. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which were: The Internet's contribution to changing the social values system and the values of joint collective action built within the framework of genuine interaction between individuals. Internet addiction has become dedicated to individual values at the expense of social values, which are an important element of our local Arab, Islamic and even human culture. nd became a ventilator for many of them to entertain themselves and empty personal objects.Item الاتجاهات الحديثة للاستهلاك الأسري و أثره على تنشئة الطفل دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأسر بمدينة الجلفة(جامعة غرداية, 2023) كرفاوي, عمر; بوغالي, حاجيWe aim through this study to highlight the impact of consuming electronic games on children, where the descriptive approach was followed in the research process and the study population consisted of 22 families residing in the city of Djelfa. Relying on the statistical method in analyzing data and knowing the statistical significance, we have concluded that electronic games have an impact on children's behavior, and that parental control has a role in playing these games.Item السلطة التربوية في العملية التعليمية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات(جامعة غرداية, 2023-06-01) عباسي, أحمد; عويسي, كمالأخذت السلطة التربوية للأستاذ في ضوء بيداغوجيا التدريس بالكفاءات تصورا جديدا قائما على رؤية بيداغوجية حديثة تنظر للأستاذ على أنه منظم للفعل التربوي، ومرشد للمتعلم باعتباره محور العملية التعليمية وشريك فعال في بناء تعلماته. ولتحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية تظهر السلطة التربوية للأستاذ في شكل إجراءات وقواعد ضرورية للفعل التربوي، شرط الابتعاد عن التسلط وذلك بانتهاج الأساليب الديمقراطية والتوجيهية الإرشادية التي تساعد على بناء علاقة بيداغوجية، تشاركية وتفاعلية بين الأستاذ والمتعلم، تساهم في ضمان مخرجات تعليمية على المستوى المعرفي والقيمي والسلوكي. The teacher's educational authority in the light of the pedagogy of teaching with competencies took a new vision based on a modern pedagogical vision that considers the teacher as an organizer of the educational act, a guide for the learner as the focus of the educational process and an effective partner in building his learnings. In order to achieve the goals of the educational process, the teacher's educational authority appears in the form of necessary procedures and rules for educational action, a condition of moving away from authoritarianism by adopting democratic methods and directive guidance that help build a pedagogical, participatory and interactive relationship between the teacher and the learner, which contributes to ensuring educational outcomes at the cognitive, value and behavioral levels.Item The Role of Social Media Sites and the Challenges facing them in Education(جامعة غرداية, 2023-09-01) سعيد, عاشور; كبار, عبد اللهAlthough the power of social media to impact learning is recognized, little is known regarding their role and use in the field of education, especially in the Algerian context. Therefore, the current study aims to investigate the role of social media sites and the challenges facing them in education. The study also provided a historical background about social media and highlighted the most popular networks which are Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and WhatsApp. Nevertheless, some challenges that face social media use in education were found including both the learner’s and teacher’s roles towards using these platforms. Therefore, educators and scholars in the field of education had better develop more effective instructional strategies that integrate the use of social media platforms into physical and virtual classrooms for better understanding and achievement.Item المجتمع المدني ورهان التربية الأخلاقية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) زرنوح, أحمد; عويسي, كمالتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تناول محور مهم من محاور الحفاظ على المجتمع، والمتعلق بالتربية الأخلاقية، وذلك من خلال قراءة سوسيو تربوية لمفهومي التربية الأخلاقية والمجتمع المدني، وكيفية إكتساب الأفراد الوعي الأخلاقي من خلال الآليات والممارسات الاجتماعية، التي عن طريقها يصبح المجتمع المدني قوة داعمة للمجتمع، تعمل على إنتاج منظومة أخلاقية تحقق له الحفاظية والمحافظة وتحميه من الإنحدار الأخلاقي. This study aims to address an important aspect of community preservation related to moral education, through a socio-educational examination of the concepts of moral education and civil society. It explores how individuals can develop moral awareness through social mechanisms and practices, which enable civil society to become a supportive force for the community. By producing an ethical system, civil society works to ensure preservation and protection against moral decline.Item ديناميكية الحرف اليدوية التقليدية في المجتمع المحلي - دراسة حالة عينة من الحرفيات بمدينة غرداية -(جامعة غرداية, 2022-06-09) قرادة, ياسمينة; خواجة, عبد العزيزهدفت الدراسة إلى موضوع ديناميكي للحرف اليدوية التقليدية في المجتمع المحلي بمدينة غرداية، في ظل الخريف القيمية الاجتماعية التي تشهدها للمجتمع وخاصة. استخدمت الدراسة الأساسية للاعتماد على ممارسة الحرية ، 18) مسجلة بشكل احترافي على أخرج الماء من الماء. وتأثيراتها على القيم الاجتماعية لدى المجتمع المحلي غرداية ديناميكيّة الحرف اليدوية ، كما أن البنية الرقمية المدينة غرداية ديناميكيّة الحرف اليدوية التقليدية.The study used the descriptive approach based on the interview tool, and the intentional sample and the snowball sample reached (18)craftswomen in Ghardaia. The results showed that the social values of the local community in the city of Ghardaia guarantee the dynamism of traditional handicrafts, and the economic structure of the local community also influences the dynamic of traditional handicrafts.
