To achieve the study's objectives, a set of hypotheses was developed, tested, and answered using financial management mechanisms. In support of this, we conducted an internship at the Algerian Pipe Industry Company ALFA PIPE. The descriptive method was adopted in the theoretical context to determine the extent of the impact of financial management on its performance. Practically, we rely on studying various financial ratios and measures. The institution deals with multiple stakeholders with the aim of assessing its status based on the results it has achieved and measuring its performance. Among the methods adopted in management operations, we mentioned financial analysis of financial data, which enables highlighting the financial situation, measuring performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and identifying areas of deficiency for correction
