Item وكالة المنيعة SAAدور مصادر التمويل في تحقيق التوازن المالي داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية −دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية لتأمين(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) نادية, شيخاويتؤدي شركات التأمين دورا بارزا في تقديم الخدمات ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني، وتساهم في تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية فضلا عن فوائد اجتماعيةواقتصادية عدة، لذا فمن الضروري أن يتم تقويم نشاط هذه الشركات بشكل مستمر للتعرف على مستوى الأداء وطبيعته، وبعد التحليل المالي أحد تلك الأدوات التي تساعد في تحليل المعطيات وتفسيرها بالشكل الذي يمكن من تشخيص نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف، وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة واقع الشركة الوطنية لتأمين بحيث تم الاعتماد على أدوات التحليل المالي المختلفة التي يمكن عن طريقها تقييم الوضع المالي لهذه الشركة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تساعد قي تطوير الخدمة التأمينية وتفعيل نشاطها بما يعزز الاقتصاد الوطنيInsurance Companies perform a prominent role in providing services and bolstering national economy, and they contribute in achieving the aims of the economic development plans in addition to many other social and economic benefits. So it is necessary to evaluate the activity of these companies continuously to define performance level and its nature. Financial analysis is one of the important instruments that helps in analyzing and explanation of data in such a way that enable administration to define performance level and diagnosing strength and weakness points.This study examined the reality of the Algerian insurance company, Different instruments of analyzing are adopted , through which defining and evaluation of performance level could be done.The study reached many conclusions and recommendations that help in developing insurance services and activating their activities in a way that strengthens the national economyItem تحليل مؤشرات التوازن المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة تطبيقية على مؤسسة الأوراسي(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) محمد, عيشاويتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مؤشرات التوازن المالي كمؤشر حيوي لقياس سلامة الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على مؤسسة الأوراسي. وتمحورت الإشكالية حول مدى قدرة هذه المؤشرات على عكس الوضعية الحقيقية للمؤسسة في ظل التحديات المالية والاقتصادية المعاصرة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تحليل مجموعة من المؤشرات المالية، مثل رأس المال العامل، الخزينة، والاحتياجات في رأس المال العامل، وذلك باستخدام بيانات مالية حقيقية مستخرجة من المؤسسة محل الدراسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود تذبذب في بعض المؤشرات، مما يعكس صعوبات في تحقيق التوازن المالي المستدام، ويشير إلى الحاجة لمراجعة السياسات المالية المعتمدة. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن مؤشرات التوازن المالي، رغم أهميتها في التشخيص المالي، قد لا تكون كافية لوحدها لتقديم صورة شاملة ما لم تُدعّم بتحليل نوعي واستراتيجي للبيئة الداخلية والخارجية للمؤسسة This study aims to analyze financial balance indicators as a vital indicator for measuring the soundness of an economic institution's financial position, through an applied study of the Eurasia Foundation. The problem revolved around the extent to which these indicators reflect the institution's true position in light of contemporary financial and economic challenges. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, analyzing a set of financial indicators, such as working capital, treasury, and working capital requirements, using actual financial data extracted from the institution under study. The results revealed fluctuations in some indicators, reflecting difficulties in achieving sustainable financial balance and indicating the need to review the adopted financial policies. The study concludes that financial balance indicators, despite their importance in financial diagnosis, may not be sufficient on their own to provide a comprehensive picture unless they are supported by a qualitative and strategic analysis of the institution's internal and external environment
