Item رقمنة التسيير المالي و تأثير اداءها على المؤسسات الاقتصادية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) خديجة, بن موسى; مارية, بومنادتهدف هده الدراسة الي تسليط الظوءعلي دور واقع الرقمنة في مجال اتسيير المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية ومدى فعاليتها في تحسين الادء المالي و عليه من اجل تحقيقهدف الدراسة تم اختيار المؤسسةالصناعية ALFAPIP الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب بولاية غرداية كعينة لدراسة الميدانية و تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي لتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها من الاستبيان من خلال توزيع الاستبانة علي الموظفين وعليه تم الخروج ببعض النتائج ندكر منها:توفير الراحة و تحسين رضا العاملين و المساهمة في تحسين دقة التقارير المالية This study aims to shed light on the roie of digitization in the field of financial management ineconomic institutions and its effectiveness in improving financial performance accordingly in order to achieve the study objective the algerian alfapip industrial institution for the manufacture of pipes in the state ghardaia was chosen as a sample for the field study the descriptive approach was followed to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire by distributing the questionnaire to employees accordingly some results were reached including . providing comfort improving employee satisfaction and contributing to improving the accuracy of financial reportsItem واقع تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف في المؤسسات الاقتصادية "دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز _مديرية التوزيع غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) مريم, عجيلةهدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف في الشركة الوطنية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بمديرية غرداية، باستخدام استبيان وزع على 50 عاملاً، استرجع منها 42 استمارة صالحة للتحليل. اعتمدت الدراسة على أدوات تحليل مثل Excel وSPSS ومعامل "ألفا كرونباخ" لضمان المصداقية. أظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسة تطبق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف بفعالية من خلال تحديد الأهداف، بناء الثقة بين الرئيس والمرؤوس، إشراك الجميع في تحقيق الأهداف، والتزام المرؤوسين، مع تعزيز العمل بروح الفريق، مما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف بكفاءة وفعالية. The study aimed to analyze the application of the management by objectives method in the National Company for Electricity and Gas Distribution in the district of Ghardaia, using a questionnaire distributed to 50 workers, of which 42 valid forms were retrieved for analysis. The study relied on analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, and the Cronbach alpha coefficient to ensure credibility. The results showed that the organization applies the management style by objectives effectively by setting goals, building trust between the boss and the subordinate, involving everyone in achieving goals, and the commitment of subordinates, while promoting teamwork, which contributes to achieving goals efficiently and effectively.Item تقييم اداء العاملين مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي للعمال غير الاجراء غرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2023) عبد الله, أفلح حمو; نوال, زهواني; حليمة, عبد الزاويةتهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور تقييم اداء العاملي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية حيث يعد تقييم أداء العاملي مؤشرا لنجاح سياسات الشركات, و يعتبر وسيلة الإدارة و الموظف للتعرف على نقاط القوة لتعزيزها، ونقاط الضعف لتطويرها، وتحسي ادائها، ورفع كفاءتها لتحقيق الاهداف المرجوة وتحسي جودة خدماتها، وانشاء تفاعل وروح المبادرة والتنظيم بي المؤسسة ومُيطها وجماهيرها، والذي سنتطرق اليه في بحثنا هذا الى مدى تأثير تقييم اداء العاملي على الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي للعمال غير الاجراء. وبهدف معالجة البحث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واداة المقابلة قصد الاجابة على الاشكالية المطروحة والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات وتحقيق اهداف الدراسة، ومن خلال تحليل النتائج تبي لنا ان دور تقييم اداء العاملي اساسي ومهم جدا في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الاقتصادي ةCette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle de l'évaluation de la performance des salariés dans les institutions économiques, où l'évaluation de la performance des salariés est un indicateur de la réussite des politiques de l'entreprise, ainsi que la mise en place d'interaction et d'esprit d'initiative et d'organisation entre l'institution et ses l'environnement et ses masses, que nous aborderons dans cette recherche dans la mesure de l'impact de l'évaluation des performances des travailleurs sur la Caisse nationale de sécurité sociale des travailleurs non salariés. Afin d'aborder la recherche, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche descriptive analytique et l'outil d'entrevue afin de répondre à la problématique posée et de s'assurer de la validité des hypothèses et d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude
