Item القيادة الادارية واتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسات التربوية دراسة حالة ثانوية الشيخ عامر الجديدة –غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) رضوان, قربوزهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور القيادة الإدارية من خلال أبعادها المتمثلة في(القيادة الأوتوقراطية، القيادة الديمقراطية، القيادة الحرة) في اتخاذ القرارات داخل ثانوية الحاج عامر الجديدة –غرداية-. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم وضع مجموعة من الأسئلة والفرضيات، وتم جمع البيانات الميدانية من خلال الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان، وقد تم توزيع استمارات الاستبيان على عينة قصدية بلغت 5 إداريين لدى ثانوية الحاج عامر الجديدة –غرداية-، وتم استرجاعها كاملة، وبعد تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS.V.21 ، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - بينت نتائج التحليل وجود دور إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الإدارية في اتخاذ القرارات في ثانوية الحاج عامر الجديدة –غرداية-، عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05)؛ - بينت نتائج التحليل وجود دور إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الأوتوقراطية في اتخاذ القرارات في ثانوية الحاج عامر الجديدة –غرداية-، عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05)؛ - بينت نتائج التحليل وجود دور إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الديمقراطية في اتخاذ القرارات في ثانوية الحاج عامر الجديدة –غرداية-، عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05)؛ - بينت نتائج التحليل وجود دور إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الحرة في اتخاذ القرارات في ثانوية الحاج عامر الجديدة –غرداية-، عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05)؛ Cette étude visait à connaître le rôle du leadership administratif à travers ses dimensions (leadership autocratique, leadership démocratique, leadership libre) dans la prise de décision au sein du nouveau lycée Haj Amer de Ghardaia. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l’étude, un ensemble de questions et d’hypothèses ont été élaborées et des données de terrain ont été collectées à l’aide d’un questionnaire. Les questionnaires ont été distribués à un échantillon ciblé de 5 administrateurs du nouveau lycée Haj Amer de Ghardaia, et ont été récupérés dans leur intégralité. Après avoir analysé les données et testé les hypothèses à l’aide du progiciel statistique SPSS V 21, l’étude a atteint les résultats suivants : Les résultats de l’analyse ont montré l’existence d’un rôle positif statistiquement significatif du leadership administratif dans la prise de décision au nouveau lycée Haj Amer de Ghardaia, à un niveau de signification de (0,05). Les résultats de l'analyse ont montré la présence d'un rôle positif statistiquement significatif du leadership autocratique dans la prise de décision au nouveau lycée Haj Amer - Ghardaia, à un niveau de signification de (0,05). Les résultats de l'analyse ont montré l'existence d'un rôle positif avec une signification statistiquement du leadership démocratique dans la prise de décision dans la nouvelle école secondaire du Hajj Amer, au niveau de signification (0,05) Les résultats de l'analyse ont montré l'existence d'un rôle positif avec un signe statistique de leadership libre dans la prise de décisions dans le nouveau lycée du Hajj Amer, au niveau de signification (0,05);Item ALFA PIPEأدوات مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة لوحة القيادة في المؤسسة الأنابيب الوطنية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) فاطمة الزهراء, سليماني; حياة, خياطي; دعاء, طرباقوتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري للوحة القيادة وأهم خصائصها ومراحل إعدادها، والتعرف على نموذج لوحة القيادة الخاصة بالمؤسسة الوطنية للأنابيب ALFA PIPE وكيفية تطبيقها مع أهم مؤشراتها والأدوات المساعدة في اعدادها، ولتحقيق أهداف التقرير واختبار فرضياته قمنا بطرح جملة من الأسئلة على مدير مصلحة مراقبة التسيير عن طريق المقابلة الشخصية، حيث اتضح أن لكل مديرية لوحة قيادة خاصة بها تعد من طرف مديرها بالاعتماد مؤشرات مختلفة تخص كل مديرية، والتي يتم عرضها في شكل جداول ومنحنيات على مستوى المديرية بشكل خاص ثم تعرض على مستوى المديرية العامة مع باقي لوحات القيادة التي تجمع من طرف مصلحة مراقبة التسيير، بحيث تساعد المؤسسة على التنبؤ و اتخاذ القرارات وبناء الاستراتيجياتThis study aims to identify the theoretical framework of the dashboard, its most important characteristics and the staged of its preparation, and to learn about the dashboard model of the National Pipeline Corporation ALFA PIPE and how to apply it along with its most important indicators and tools to help in its preparation, to achieve the objectives of the report and test its hypotheses, ae asked asset of questions to the director of the monitoring department, management is through personal interviews, as it became clear that each directorate had its own dashboard prepared by its director based on various indicators pertaining to each directorate, which are displayed in the form of tables and curves at the directorate level in particular and then displayed at the general directorate level with the rest of the dashboards that collect by the management control department, which helps the organization to forecast, make decisions, and build strategiesItem نظم دعم القرار داخل المؤسسة - دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بمتليلي(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2023) فوزية, بن يمنة; أسماء, مصيطفى; صفية, هرمةتركّزت هذه الدراسة على استخدام نظم دعم القرار داخل المؤسسة، مع التركيز على دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية في متليلي. هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تقييم شامل لاستخدام هذه النظم وتحليل فعاليتها في تعزيز عمليات اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسة. توصلت النتائج الرئيسية للدراسة إلى أن نظم دعم القرار تلعب دورًا حيويًا في تحسين عمليات اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسة. كما تبين أن المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية في متليلي تعتمد بشكل واسع على نظم دعم القرار في العديد من جوانب الإدارة واتخاذ القرار. بناءً على النتائج، فإنه من الضروري تعزيز الجوانب الفعّالة لنظم دعم القرار في المؤسسة، وتطويرها لتلبية احتياجاتها الخاصة وتطلعاتها المستقبلية. كما ينبغي النظر في توجيه المزيد من الاستثمارات والجهود نحو تطوير وتحسين تلك النظم بهدف تعزيز كفاءة العمليات الإدارية واتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسةThis study focused on the use of decision support systems within the organization, with a specific emphasis on the case study of the Public Health Institution in Metlili. The study aimed to provide a comprehensive assessment of the use of these systems and analyze their effectiveness in enhancing decision-making processes within the institution. The main findings of the study indicate that decision support systems play a vital role in improving decision-making processes within the organization. It was also revealed that the Public Health Institution in Metlili extensively relies on decision support systems in various aspects of management and decision-making. Based on the results, it is imperative to enhance the effective aspects of decision support systems within the institution and develop them to meet its specific needs and future aspirations. Furthermore, consideration should be given to directing more investments and efforts towards the development and improvement of these systems with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of administrative processes and decision-making within the institution..
