SAA في الجانب التطبيقي من خلال الد ا رسة الميدانية بالشركة الوطنية للتأمين وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي ساهم في تحسين أداء شركات التأمين في الج ا زئر، كما ساهم في نمو رقم أعمال المؤسسة محل الد ا رسة.Cette étude vise à révéler la transformation numérique qu’a connue le secteur des assurances en Algérie, ainsi que l’impact de la numérisation de ce secteur sur la performance des compagnies d’assurances en Algérie, et la mesure dans laquelle cette transformation a contribué à la croissance de la Société Nationale d’Assurance (SAA). Une approche descriptive et analytique a été adoptée pour la partie théorique, tandis que l’entretien et la méthode analytique ont été utilisés dans la partie pratique à travers une étude de terrain au sein de l’agence de la Société Nationale d’Assurance (SAA) à El Menea. L’étude a conclu que la transformation numérique a contribué à l’amélioration de la performance des compagnies d’assurances en Algérie, ainsi qu’à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise objet de l’étude. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, supported by field tools such as interviews and questionnaires. Results showed weak coordination between tourism actors and artisans, and a lack of effective digital promotion. Tourists' interest in these products is declining due to limited innovation and renewal. The study recommends developing digital infrastructure and strengthening public-private partnerships. It also stresses the importance of integrating digital marketing and training artisans in modern promotional techniques. Effective marketing requires a comprehensive vision and participatory approach. Ghardaïa has great potential, but needs sound planning and realistic strategies. Supporting traditional products is a key factor in sustainable tourism attraction. بين الفاعلين السياحيين والحرفيين، إضافة إلى غياب الترويج الإلكتروني الفعّال. كما لوحظ تراجع اهتمام السياح بهذه المنتجات بسبب ضعف الابتكار والتجديد. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وتعزيز الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص. كما شددت على أهمية إدماج التسويق الرقمي وتدريب الحرفيين على تقنيات الترويج الحديثة. تؤكد الدراسة أن التسويق الناجح يتطلب رؤية متكاملة ومقاربة تشاركية. ولاية غرداية تملك مؤهلات كبيرة لكنها تحتاج إلى تخطيط محكم واستراتيجيات واقعية. ويُعد دعم المنتوج التقليدي أحد مفاتيح الجذب السياحي المستدام.Item دور الرقمنة في زيادة التحصيل الضريبي دراسة ميدانية بمديرية الضرائب لولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) صفاء, التونسي; وفاء, ربروبهدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات رقمنة القطاع الضرائب في الجزائر ودورها في زيادة التحصيل الضريبي وتما ذلك من خلال التعرف على مختلف التطبيقات والأنظمة الرقمية التي من شانها تسهيل عمل الإدارة الجبائية , وتعزيز قدرتها على تنفيذ القوانين الضريبية وتحقيق الأهداف المرسومة، تبين أن الرقمنة تساهم في تطوير الإدارة الجبائية من خلال الإجراءات المتبعة ضمن سياسة إصلاح ورقمنة النظام الجبائي , مما يساهم في زيادة التحصيل الضريبي والتقليل من التهرب الضريبي من قبل المكلفين بالضريبة . في هذا البحث حاولنا تسليط الضوء على مفاهيم الرقمنة , و الإدارة الجبائية وكيفية زيادة التحصيل الضريبي وذلك باستخدام منهج دراسة حالة . وقد شملت دراسة ميدانية إلى المديرية الضرائب بولاية غرداية . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج , أهمها أن الرقمنة ساعدت بشكل ملحوظ في الزيادة في التحصيل الضريبي والحد من التهرب الضريبي , مما يؤكد أن التحول نحو التكنولوجيا هو الخيار الأفضل The study aimed to identify the requirements for digitizing the tax sector in Algeria and its role in increasing tax collection . This was achieved by identifying various digital applications andsystems that would facilitate the work of the tax administration, enhance its ability to implementtax laws, and achieve its set objectives. It also examines its impact on various administrative and pedagogical aspects. The descriptive-analytical approach wasadopted, as it is the most appropriate method for studying and analyzing digitization-related phenomena in the university context.The researchers used questionnaires and interviews as primary tools for collecting data on a sample of 77 students, administrators, and professors at Ghardaia University. The study concluded that digitization is a pivotal factor in developing university work, but its practical implementation still faces a number of difficulties related to technical, formative, and organizational aspects.الصعوبات المتعلقة بالجوانب التقنية، التكوينية والتنظيميةItem واقع الرقمنة في المؤسسات الجامعية دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2023) مبارك, عياش; فاطمة الزهراء, دراويتهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مفهوم الرقمنة وأهميتها في تحقيق الأهداف المحددة، وتحديد الأبعاد الأساسية التي تعتمد عليها، بالإضافة إلى تقييم واقع الرقمنة في جامعة غرداية، ودراسة تأثيرها على الموظفين والأساتذة والطلاب. لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم استخدام أداة المقابلة والتي اجريت مع رئيس مصلحة مركز الأنظمة وشبكة الإعلام والايصال والتعليم المتلفز والتعليم عن بعد السيد رزاق خالد، و بعد تحليل النتائج توصلنا إلى أن جامعة غرداية قامت بتجسيد الرقمنة من خلال اهتمامها بجميع المتطلبات الأساسية المادية والبشرية، واعتماد برامج الرقمنة التي تهدف إلى دعم التعليم وتنمية القدرات الإبداعية. وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة بأن جامعة غرداية، التي كانت تتفوق على الآخرين في تطبيق التقنيات الرقمية، يستحسن أن تواصل اهتمامها بهذا المجال وخاصةً عندما يتعلق الأمر بالطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وتمكينهم من مواكبة التقنيات الحديثة في عملية التعليم والبحث العلمي، عن طريق تبنيها للعديد من البرامج التي تهدف إلى دعم التعليم وتطوير القدرات الإبداعL’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser le concept de numérisation et son importance pour atteindre des objectifs spécifiques, d’identifier les dimensions clés sur lesquelles elle repose, ainsi que d’évaluer l’état actuel de la numérisation à l’Université de Ghardaïa, et d’étudier son impact sur les employés, professeurs et étudiants. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, l’outil d’entrevue a été utilisé, qui a été menée avec le chef du Centre des systèmes, des médias et des réseaux de communication, de l’enseignement à distance et des services d’éducation à la télévision, Rizak Khaled. Les résultats ont été analysés pour conclure que l’Université de Ghardaia a réussi à mettre en oeuvre la numérisation en mettant l’accent sur toutes les parties prenantes et en adoptant des programmes de numérisation qui visent à soutenir l’éducation et à développer des capacités créatives. Enfin, l'étude recommande que l'Université de Ghardaia, qui était supérieure aux autres dans l'application des technologies numériques, devrait continuer à s'intéresser à ce domaine, en particulier en ce qui concerne les étudiants et les membres du corps professoral et leur permettre de suivre le rythme des technologies modernes dans le processus d'éducation et de recherche scientifique, en adoptant plusieurs programmes qui visent à soutenir l'éducation et à développer les capacités créatives.Item ALEA PIPE الرقابة الإستراتيجية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية للمؤسسة الصناعية الأنابيب(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) عائشة, محمدة; راشدة, أولاد يحيتناولت هذه الدراسة الرقابة الإستراتيجية من المعلومات الإدارية المهمة في تقييم وتطوير العنصر البشري وتنمية الطاقات والرفع من أداء الأفراد داخل المؤسسة بمختلف أشكالها سواء كانت مؤسسة إدارية أو خدماتية أو صناعية , وقد استخدمنا في دراستنا هذه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد استخلصنا في الأخير جملة من النتائج وهي كالآتي أن للمؤسسة تطبق الرقابة الإستراتيجية في المؤسسة نقص إمكانية التكنولوجيا داخل المؤسسة مما يؤدي الى نقص في عملية الرقابة أهمية الرقابة في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة وغاياتها وعلى ضوء النتائج توصلنا إلى تقديم بعض التوصيات من أهمها تفعيل الرقمنة في المؤسسة الاقتصاديةThe strategic control of the important administrative processes in the assessment and devolopment of the human element, and the development of energies and incease the performance Fo individuals within theinstitutionin various forms, whether administrotive or industrial institutions, We have used in our study this descriptive analytical approach, and we have finally drawn a number of results, which are as follows: The institution applies strategic control in the institution Lack of technology capabilities within the institution, which leads to a lack of control The importance of oversight in achieving the organization's goals and objectives In light of the results , we came up with some recommendations, the most important of which is activating digitization in the economic institution
