Item 2025 NIZAMI في مؤسسة ناشئة RAG وCHATGPT دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في اصلاح مهنة التدقيق المحاسبي في الجزائر دراسة محاكاة لتطبيقRAG(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) بثينة, عميرتتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع "دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في إصلاح مهنة التدقيق المحاسبي في الجزائر" من خلال نموذج تطبيقي باستخدام تقنيتيCHATGPTوRAG. تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية توظيف هذه التقنيات الحديثة لتحسين جودة وكفاءة عمليات التدقيق، والحد من الأخطاء البشرية، وتسريع تحليل البيانات المالية. وقد تم بناء نموذج تطبيقي على مؤسسة ناشئة NIZAMI بهدف محاكاة مراحل التدقيق المحاسبي اعتمادًا على أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن توظيف تقنيتيCHATGPTوRAG يمكن أن يحدث تحولًا نوعيًا في مهنة التدقيق من خلال دعم المدقق في جمع الأدلة، تحليل القوائم المالية، واكتشاف التلاعبات المحتملة. كما أكدت أن هذه الأدوات لا تلغي دور المدقق البشري، بل تعزّز من فاعليته. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير بيئة تقنية ملائمة وتكوين مهني متخصص من أجل ضمان تطبيق فعّال وآمن للذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة التدقيق الجزائرية This study explores "The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Reforming the Auditing Profession in Algeria" through a practical model using CHATGPT and RAG technologies. The research aims to investigate how these advanced tools can be utilized to enhance the quality and efficiency of auditing operations, reduce human error, and accelerate financial data analysis. A practical model was developed based on anemerging company named “NIZAMI” to simulate auditing processes using AI technologies. The findings reveal that incorporating CHATGPT and RAG into auditing can bring about a significant transformation by supporting auditors in gathering evidence, analyzing financial statements, and detecting potential fraud. However, the study emphasizes that these tools complement rather than replace the human auditor. It concludes by recommending the development of a supportive technological environment and specialized training to ensure the effective and secure implementation of AI in Algerian auditing practicesItem وحدة غرداية ALFAPIPE دور التحول الرقمي في تطوير مهنة المحاسبة (دراسة ميدانية مؤسسة(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) زكرياء أمين, بوحميدة; إسماعيل, غول; ماهر, خميسهدفت الدراسة الى إبراز دور التحول الرقمي في تطوير مهنة المحاسبة بالاستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي,وباستخدام أداة المقابلة والملاحظة التي تمت مع رئيس دائرة المحاسبة في المؤسسة ALFAPIPE وحدة غرداية،تخلص الدراسة بعد اختبار الفرضيات على أنّ التحول الرقمي له فعاليّة كبيرة في تطوير مهنة المحاسبةمن خلال تحسين من دقة التسجيلات المحاسبية وتقليص الأخطاء التسجيل اليدوي وكذا الكشف الاخطاء بشكل فوري و بالتالي تصحيحها بسرعة، مما قلّل الوقت والجهد والتكاليف و ساهم في تعزيز جودة التقارير المالية أعلى وذلك بفضل الاتمتةالتي تساهم في وصول إلى المعلومات في الوقت المناسب و كذا تقليل الأخطاء البشرية مما يساعد المؤسسة في الاتخاذ قرارات الأفضل وتوصلنا الى انه يجب على محاسب الإتقان التام للبرمجيات المحاسبية واللغات الأجنبية، لأنها أصبحت من اساسيات مهنة المحاسبة في ظل التحول الرقمي كم اوصت الدراسة الى ضرورة دمج الخبرة البشرية مع التقنيات الحديثة من استخدام الفعال لتحول الرقمي في مهنة المحاسبة و بالتالي المساهمة في تطويرهاThe study aimed to highlight the role of digital transformation in developing the accounting profession by using the descriptive‑analytical method and employing the interview tool conducted with the accountant of the ALFAPIPE company, Ghardaïa unit ,The study concluded after testing the hypotheses that digital transformation has great effectiveness in developing the accounting profession through improving the accuracy of accounting entries, reducing manual recording errors, as well as detecting errors instantly and therefore correcting them quickly, which reduced time, effort, and costs, and contributed to enhancing the quality of financial reports thanks to automation that facilitates access to information in a timely manner and also reduces human errors, which helps the organization in making better decisions ,We reached the conclusion that an accountant must fully master accounting software and foreign languages because they have become fundamentals of the accounting profession in light of digital transformation. The study recommended the necessity of integrating human expertise with modern technologies for the effective use of digital transformation in the accounting profession and thus contributing to its developmentItem التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات الجامعية كمطلب لتحقيق الإستدامة الرقمية دراسة حالة:كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-غرداية-(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025-06-12) فوزية, بن هاشمتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة التحول الرقمي في تحقيق الإستدامة الرقمية بكلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في إطار العرض النظري والمنهج الدراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، فيما تم إستخدام الإستبيان كأدات رئيسية لدراسة على عينة تقدر ب (68) فرداً مكون من أساتذة وإداريين بجامعة غرداية بالإضافة الى إجراء مقابلة لدعم الدراسة، وفي نهاية توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن مستوى التحول الرقمي والإستدامة الرقمية بالجامعة يقيم على أنه متوسط بشكل عام نظرا لقياس الأبعاد المحددة، اما بخصوص العلاقة والأثر أثبت النتائج وجود علاقة إرتباطية طردية متوسطة وإيجابية دالة إحصائياً للتحول الرقمي والإستدامة الرقمية، من خلال هذه النتائج نقترح بعض التوصيات: منها التوصيات المتعلقة بتعزيز التحول الرقمي هي إعطاء أولوية قصوى لتحسين وتطوير البنية التحتية مع زيادة سرعة الإنترنت داخل الحرم الجامعي، وضع خطط إستقطاب وتوظيف لكفاءات متخصصة في مجال الرقمنة حسب إحتياجات الفعلية للجامعة وتوصيات المتعلقة بتحقيق الإستدامة الرقمية هي وضع سياسات وإجراءات واضحة لإدارة المعلومات الرقمية منذ إنشائها وحتى أرشفتها أو إتلافها، مع التركيز على تحديث المحتوى بانتظام وضمان سهولة الوصول إليه وموثوقيته.This study aims to determine the extent to which digital transformation contributes to achieving digital sustainability at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of the University of Ghardaïa To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon within the framework of the theoretical presentation, the case study approach in the applied aspect, while the questionnaire was used as the main tool for the study On a sample estimated at (68) individuals consisting of professors and administrators at the college, in addition to conducting an interview to support the study at the end, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is: The level of digital transformation and digital sustainability at the college is evaluated as average in general due to measuring the specific dimensions As for the relationship and impact, the results proved the existence of a moderate and positive direct correlation that is statistically significant for digital transformation and digital sustainability Through these results, we propose Some recommendations related to promoting digital transformation are to give top priority to improving and developing infrastructure while increasing Internet speed on campus Develop plans to attract and employ specialized competencies in the field of digitization according to the actual needs of the university. Afin d’aborder le sujet et tester ses hypothèses, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l’outil d’entretien et d’évaluation de la performance financière. indicateurs.
