Item واقع الرقمنة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) عبدالرحمان, بن أودينة; بشرى, طواهر; هديل, عماريتهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الرقمنة في جامعة غرداية، ومن أجل الوصول إلى الأهدافها ومعالجة الإشكالية تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال إستعراض الإطار النظري المتعلق بمتغييرات الدراسة والمتمثل في "الرقمنة" ومحاولة اسقاط هذه دراسة على الجانب الميداني تم الاعتماد على أسلوب دراسة حالة وأدوات المقابلة والملاحظة والتي أجريت مع مهندس الكلية العلوم اقتصادية والتسيير وعلوم تجارية بجامعة غرداية السيد بلعور محمود. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها أن جامعة غرداية قامت بتجسيد الرقمنة من خلال اهتماماتها بجميع المتطلبات الأساسية مثل: بنية التحتية تكنولوجية متكاملة وتكوين موارد بشرية مؤهلة وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة الى تعزيز متطلبات الرقمنة وتطوير كفاءات البشرية عبر التكوين المستمر وتفعيل متطلبات التشريعية والتنظيمية التي تدعم التحول الرقمي في البيئة الجامعية This study aims to explore the current state of digitalization at the University of Ghardaia. To achieve its objectives and address the research problem, the descriptive method was employed by reviewing the theoretical framework related to the study's key variable—digitalization. To apply the study in a practical context, a case study approach was adopted, using interviews and observations conducted with Mr. Belaour Mahmoud, an IT engineer at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Business, and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaia. Among the key findings is that the University of Ghardaia has made tangible progress in digitalization by addressing all essential requirements, such as establishing an integrated technological infrastructure and training qualified human resources. In conclusion, the study recommends enhancing digitalization requirements, developing human competencies through continuous training, and activating legislative and regulatory frameworks that support digital transformation within the university environment.Item دور التطبيقات الرقمية في تعزيز التكنولوجيا المالية في الصناديق الاجتماعية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) رشيدة, حمراني; فاطمة, بن عودةتهدف الدراسة الى الكشف عن دور تطبيقات الرقمية في تعزيز التكنولوجيا المالية في شركات التأمين، محاولة القاء الضوء على الاطار النظري للتأمين، التعرف على التكنولوجيا في شركات التأمين، فهم كيفية استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية في شركات التأمين، تحديد فرص الابتكار في صناعة التأمين باستحدام التطبيقات الرقمية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج اهمها: تساهم الرقمنة بشكل مباشر في تحسين كفاءة العمليات داخل شركات التأمين، من خلال تسريع المعاملات وتقليل الأخطاء وتقليص التكاليف التشغيلية.تمثل التطبيقات الرقمية أداة فعالة لتعزيز التكنولوجيا المالية، حيث تسهل تقديم منتجات مبتكرة تواكب احتياجات العملاء مثل التأمين الذكي، وهناك علاقة طردية بين تطور الرقمنة وتحسين أداء الضمان الاجتماعي، لا سيما في جانب تسريع الخدمات وتعزيز الشفافيةThe study aims to explore the role of digital applications in enhancing financial technology within insurance companies. It seeks to shed light on the theoretical framework of insurance, examine the integration of technology in the insurance sector, understand how digital applications are utilized by insurance companies, and identify opportunities for innovation in the industry through the use of digital tools. The research adopts a descriptive and analytical methodology. Key findings reveal that digitalization directly contributes to improving operational efficiency within insurance companies by accelerating transactions, reducing errors, and lowering operational costs. Digital applications serve as effective tools in advancing financial technology by enabling the delivery of innovative products tailored to customer needs, such as smart insurance. Moreover, the study found a positive correlation between the advancement of digitalization and the performance of social security systems, particularly in speeding up service delivery and enhancing transparencyItem دور تطبيق جبايتك في تحسين التحصيل الضريبي دراسة حالة - مركز الضرائب – غرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) عمرو عبد الالاه, مهايةهدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على رقمنة الادارة الجبائية و اهميتها و مدى مساهمتها في زيادة التحصيل الضريبي من عدمه , باعتبار الضرائب اهم الموارد المالية للخزينة العمومية و هذا بالاعتماد على نظام جبائي ناجح يساهم في تحسين الفعالية و الشفافية و نوعية الخدمات المقدمة و اعتمدنا في الجانب التطبيقي على دراسة حالة مركز الضرائب لولاية غرداية واتبعنا المنهج الوصفي في الدراسةوفي تحليل الجداول و البيانات وعلاقةالدراسة حول اثر تطبيق جبايتك في زيادة التحصيل الضريبي , توصلنا في الختام الى ان رقمنة الادارة الجبائية تساهم بشكل مباشر في رفع الايرادات الضريبية عن طريق ادخال تكنولوجيات المعلومات في النظام الضريبي Cette étude visait à identifier la numérisation de l'administration fiscale, son importance et la mesure dans laquelle elle contribue ou non à augmenter la collecte des impôts, étant donné que les impôts sont la ressource financière la plus importante pour le trésor public, et cela repose sur une réussite système fiscal qui contribue à améliorer l’efficacité, la transparence et la qualité des services fournis. Sur le plan pratique, elle s'est appuyée sur une étude de cas d'un centre fiscal de l'Etat de Ghardaïa, suivant une approche analytique en tableaux et données, elle a également été analysée dans une étude portant sur l'impact de votre système fiscal sur l'augmentation de la perception des impôts. En conclusion, j'ai conclu que la numérisation de l'administration fiscale contribue directement à augmenter les recettes fiscales grâce à l'introduction des technologies de l'information dans le système fiscal.
