Item تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية – دراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز – فرع غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) مروة, بيتور; مباركة, سريفيح; خضرة, رحمانيتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية في الشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز – فرع غرداية، مع التركيز على مدى فعاليته في تعزيز الشفافية والكفاءة التشغيلية. اعتمد البحث على منهجية مختلطة تشمل تحليلًا نظريًّا لمكونات الرقابة الداخلية (كالبيئة الرقابية، وتقييم المخاطر، وأنشطة المراقبة) ودراسة حالة ميدانية عبر أداة المقابلة في الفترة 2024-2025 التي تعكس واقع تطبيق هذه المكونات في المؤسسة، تم فحص ثلاث فرضيات رئيسية: تأثير استراتيجيات التواصلنموذج LEARN على رضا العملاء، ودور التقنيات الحديثةكالعدادات الذكية وأنظمة SCADA في تحسين دقة القياس، وأثر تكامل الرقابة المحاسبية مع تكنولوجيا مثل SAP وBlockchainفي خفض الأخطاء المالية. أظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسة تطبق معايير دولية COSO وISO وتستخدم أنظمة رقمية متقدمة، لكنها تحتاج إلى تعزيز الرقابة الاستباقية عبر الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحسين تكامل البيانات بين الأقسام This study aims to evaluate the internal control system at the Algerian Electricity and Gas Distribution Company – Ghardaïa Branch, with a focus on its effectiveness in promoting transparency and operational efficiency. The research adopted a mixed-methods approach, including a theoretical analysis of internal control components (such as the control environment, risk assessment, and monitoring activities) and a field case study through interviews 2024-2025 that reflect the practical implementation of these components within the organization. Three main hypotheses were examined: the impact of LEARN communication model strategies on customer satisfaction; the role of modern technologies such as smart meters and SCADA systems in improving measurement accuracy; and the effect of integrating accounting controls with technologies like SAP and Blockchain on reducing financial errors. The results showed that the organization applies international standards such as COSO and ISO and utilizes advanced digital systems. However, it needs to strengthen proactive control through artificial intelligence and improve data integration between departmentsItem تحليل عتبة المردودية ودورها في اتخاذ قرار التمويل دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز بغرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) هالة, أولاد مصور; خديجة, كرايمهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تحليل عتبة المردودية في اتخاذ القرار التمويلي داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وقد تم اختيار مؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية غرداية كحالة تطبيقية لدراسة هذا الدور بشكل عملي، اعتمدنا في الجانب المفاهيمي على المنهج الوصفي لتقديم المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بالتمويل وعتبة المردودية، بينما تم الاعتماد في الجانب التطبيقي على منهج دراسة الحالة من خلال تحليل بيانات المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وقد تم جمع المعلومات من الوثائق المحاسبية والتقارير الرسمية، وتحليلها بهدف معرفة كيف يساعد هذا النوع من التحليل في اتخاذ قرارات تمويلية دقيقة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أبرزها: - يساعد تحليل عتبة المردودية في معرفة الحد الأدنى من النشاط الذي يسمح بتغطية التكاليف دون تحقيق خسائر. - يعتبر أداة فعالة لدعم القرار التمويلي، من خلال توفير معلومات تساعد على اختيار المصدر الأنسب للتمويل. - كلما كان التحليل أكثر دقة، زادت قدرة المؤسسة على تقليل المخاطر وتعزيز ربحيتها. - يمثل تحليل عتبة المردودية وسيلة مهمة لتقييم قدرة المؤسسة على التمويل الذاتي أو الحاجة للتمويل الخارجي This study aims to identify the importance of break-even analysis in making financial decisions within economic institutions. The Sonelgaz company in the province of Ghardaïa was selected as a case study to practically examine this role. In the theoretical part, the descriptive method was used to present the basic concepts related to financing and break-even analysis, while the case study method was employed in the practical part through the analysis of the company's data. Information was collected from accounting documents and official reports and analyzed to understand how this type of analysis supports accurate financial decision-making. - The study reached several findings, the most notable of which are: - Break-even analysis helps determine the minimum level of activity required to cover costs without incurring losses. - It is considered an effective tool to support financial decision-making by providing information that helps in selecting the most appropriate source of financing. - The more accurate the analysis, the greater the institution's ability to reduce risks and enhance profitability. - Break-even analysis serves as an important means to assess the institution's ability for self-financing or the need for external financing.Item المحاسبة التحليلية كأداة لمراقبة التسيير واتخاذ القرار(جامعة غرداية, 2012) عبد المجيد, عادل; محمد, ولد الشيخ ولد بلالItem سياسة الدفع الإلكتروني في شركة سونلغاز(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2024) أحمد, ملاطيItem إبداع وإبتكار الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة ( دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز ) بالمنيعة(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) نور الهدى, بلمشرح; زينب, بن عروبة; حسين, صنديديعتبر الإبداع والابتكار في أي مؤسسة أمرا حيوي النجاح أدائها خاصة في ظل التحديات المتنامية التي تفرضها العولمة والتغيرات التقنية المتسارعة والمنافسة الشديدة وغيرها لذلك يتحتم على هذه المنظمات أو المؤسسات مواجهة مثل هذه التحديات بسرعة وفي ذات الوقت بكفاءة وفعالية، الأمر الذي يتطلب قدرات إبداعية عالية لدى المنظمات لتتمكن من تطوير حلول وأفكار وأراء جديدة، حيث تبحث المؤسسات اليوم عن مكان لها في الصدارة دائما وتسعى لتكون في المقدمة وقادرة على مواجهة المنافسة وتحقيق أفضل النتائج. ومن خلال بحثنا هذا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع ولاية المنيعة بهدف التعرف على مدى تطبيقها للإبداع والابتكار داخل هذه المؤسسة؛وقد توصلنا من خلال نتائج دراستنا هذه إلى أنه يوجد استخدام للإبداع والابتكار داخل المؤسسة غير أنه هناك عدة عوائق تواجه نشاط الإبداع والابتكار فيهانذكرCreativity and innovation are indispensable for organizational success especially amidst the challenges posed by globalization, rapid technological advancements, and fierce competition. Consequently organizations must swiftly and effectively address these challenges necessitating a high degree of creative capability. This entails the ability to generate novel solutions ideas and perspectives as organizationsstrive to maintain a competitive edge and achieve optimal outcomes. In our study we conducted field research at the Sonelgaz foundation El Menia province branch, to assess the application of creativity and innovation within the institution. Our findings reveal that while there is some degree of creativity and innovation at play several obstacles hinder these activities these obstacles include limited financial and human resources as well as a lack of encouragement and support among employees
