Item ALFAPIPEمدى فعالية إدارة المعرفة في تفعيل وظيفة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2015-05-20) مسعودة, بن نويتناولنـا مـن خـلال هـذه الدراسـة موضـوعا في غايـة الأهميـة بالنسـبة للمؤسسـات الاقتصـادية والـذي يتمثـل في مـدى فعاليـة إدارة المعرفـة فـي تفعيـل وظيفـة مراقبـة التسـيير فـي المؤسسـة الاقتصـادية، حيـث تم التطـرق لكـل جوانـب الموضوع بدءا بمراقبة التسيير وأهميتها في المؤسسة وكذلك تعرفنا علـى المفـاهيم المتعلقـة بـإدارة المعرفـة، وقـد ركـزت دراسـتنا علـى هـذين العنصـرين كمـدخل تتخـذه المؤسسـة لتحسـين الأداء و تحقيـق أهـدافها، وللتعـرف علـى أثـر إدارة المعرفـة علـى وظيفة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة في مؤسسة ALFAPIPE. وهـدفت هـذه الدراسـة إلى التعـرف علـى أهميـة مراقبـة التسـيير والهـدف مـن إدارة المعرفـة و أثـر إدارة المعرفـة علـى وظيفـة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة. و اعتمدنا في دراستنا على الملاحظة و استبيان والذي تم تحليله عن طريق برنامج spss ،لاختبار الفرضـيات وكانـت نتائج الدراسة تؤكد أن هناك ارتباط موجب بين إدارة المعرفة و مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والاقترً احات من شأ أن تساعد مؤسسة ALFAPIPE في تحقيق أهدافها. We treat thugh this study an impoortant topic the economc institutons ;which representd in the effectivenes of knoledg the functionction of steering control in the economic institution ,wher it was addressd all the aspects of the subject starting with management control and its important in the institution as wellas we knaw the cousepts related to knowledge managemente and we focuced in aur study on these twoelements as aninput taken by the instition to emprore its perfarmance and achive its gools and to know the impact of knowledg management on the function of management control in the economic institituon ; we make a field study on a simple in ALFAPEP. The aim of this study is to identify the importance of mangement control and gool of knoledge managementon and the inpact of knoledge management on the function of managment control in the economic institution We based in awr stady on observation and analysis of the questuonner by SPSS program to examine the hypotheses. The reselts of this study emphasized that thereis a positive relation between knoleddge management and management control in the institution under study The study also found a set of recommendaiton and suggestions that can help the ALFAPIPE institution in achieveing its goolsItem وحدة غردايةALFAPIPE- دور نظام المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين أداء مراقبة التسييردراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2015) طاوس, سعيداتحاولنا من خلال ىذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على الدور الذي يلعبو نظام المعلومات الادارية في تحسين أداء مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، حيث ان من اسباب نجاح المؤسسات في الوقت الراىن ىو تبنيها نظام المعلومات الادارية لأنو من خلالو يضمن للمؤسسة الدوام و حق في التميز ، و منو يساعد المسيرين في اتخاذ القرارات و كذا الحصول على معلومات و تبويبها و نشرىا لنعكس مدى كفاءة و فعالية ىذا النظام في تلبية احتياجات المؤسسة و خصوصا في جانب التسيير الذي لا تتم عملياتو الا في ضوء دعائم و التي تتمثل بالدرجة الاولى في المعلومات، و ىذا مما دفعنا الى طرح الاشكالية : ما مدى تأثير نظام المعلومات الادارية على أداء وظيفة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ؟، فموضوعنا ىذا يهدف الى الادبيات النظرية لنظام المعلومات الادارية و مراقبة التسيير ، بحيث تعرضنا الى مفاىيم عامة حولهما ثم الى بع الدراسات السابقة التي مست حيث اعتمدت ALFAPIP موضوعنا، أما فيما يخص الدراسة الميدانية خصت المؤسسة الصناعية للأنابيب دراستنا على استبيان ثم توزيعو على مستوى المؤسسة محل الدراسة ، أما عملية التحليل اعتمدت على برنامج بغية التوصل الى حل أثناء الدراسةNous avons essayé, à travers cette étude, de mettre en lumière le rôle que joue le système d'information de gestion dans l'amélioration de la performance du contrôle de gestion dans l'institution économique. Actuellement, l'une des raisons du succès des institutions est l'adoption du système d'information de gestion. Celui-ci assure à l'institution d'être constamment dans l'excellence, aide les gestionnaires dans leur prise de décision, leur donne l'accès à la totalité de l'information et à sa diffusion, afin de refléter l'efficacité de ce système pour répondre aux besoins de l'institution, particulièrement du point de vue de la gestion, qui ne sont pas de ses opérations, mais à la lumière des piliers, qui sont principalement dans l'information. Ceci nous amène à un dilemne : quel sera l'impact d'un système d'information de gestion chargé d'exécuter la fonction de contrôle de la gestion de l'institution économique ?. Notre thème pointé sur le théorie de ce système, il sorte que nous étions autour d'eux pour les concepts généraux et ensuite à certaines des études antérieures qui ont touché notre thème. Ensuite, on a fait le lien entre la théorie et la pratique , cela est réalisé à l’aide d’un stage de sud LTPS à Ghardaïa . D'après notre stage on a trouvé les résultats suivants : - Le tableau de bord va ensemble avec la conception du laboratoire et ses caractéristiques relatifs à l'organigramme. - Le paramétré de cet outil est achevé bien précis , Ainsi que cette étude nous a montré que le tableau de bord contribue à découvrir les écartements et d’ analyser leur causes évidement de prendre des résolutions justes . - Tout cela pour que les buts de l' établissement soient réalisé par une compétence et une efficacité ansi pour assurer la réalisation de tout le performance de l'établissement.Item اتجاهات الأفراد العاملين في مؤسسة الأنابيب نحو كفاءة أداء رأس المال الفكري دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب بغارداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2013) أحلام, لطرشاشتملت هذه الدراسةاتجاىات الأفراد العاملين في شركة الأنابيب نحو كفاءة أداء رأس المال الفكري – دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب بغارداية– و ذلك من خلال التعرف على الاختلافات بين العاملين في المؤسسة نحو كفاءة أداء رأس المال الفكري بالإضافة إلى التعرف فيما إذا كانت الاختلافات في اتجاىات العاملين بالمؤسسة في كفاءة رأس المال الفكري تعزى لمتغيرات )العمر- الجنس- الخبرة- المؤىل العلمي(. و قد استخدم الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، و اشتمل مجتمع بحثنا على مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب بغارداية بتوزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية منهCette étude comprend les tendances du personnel de la société des tubes vers la performance du capital intellectuel – étude de cas : ALFAPIPE TUBERIE DE GHARDAIA- et ce, à travers de larecherche à connaitre les différences entres les travailleurs au sein de l’entreprise, quant à l’efficacité de la performance du capital intellectuel, ainsi que déterminer si les différences dans les tendances du personnel de l’efficacité du capital intellectuel est attribuable à des variables (âge - sexe - expérience – qualification scientifique). Il a été utilisé un questionnaire comme un outil d’étude, distribués à un échantillon aléatoire, au sein de l’entreprise TUBERIE DE GHARDAIA objet de notre étude..Item أثر تدریب العاملین على الفعالیة التنظیمیة دارسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز-غاردایة(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2017-09-27) سفيان, أوبيشف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تدريب العاملين في الفعالية التنظيمية لدى موظفي مؤسسة سونلغاز بغارداية، وقد اعتمد الطالب في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وعلى الإستبيان كأداة للدراسة لجمع البيانات . وكان مجتمع الدراسة مكون من الموظفين الإداريين والتقنيين مؤسسة سونلغاز - بغارداية ، وشملت عينة الدراسة ( 37 ) موظف . وقد أظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج من أبرزها أن لتدريب المورد البشري أهمية أساسية و هامة فلا يمكن لأي مؤسسة تجاهله مهما كان حجمها أو طبيعة نشاطها، كما أن الاهتمام بمخرجات نظام التدريب يحسن الفعالية التنظيمية، كما أظهرت الدراسة أيضا أن الكفاءات والمهارات الفردية، محدد أساسي لتحقيق الفعالية في المؤسسات. هناك علاقة بين أبعاد المتغير المستقل " المكلف بالتدريب، البرنامج التدريبي، أساليب التدريب" مع الفعالية التنظيمية، و وجود تأثير كبير لتدريب العاملين وأبعاده على الفعالية التنظيمية. كما تم عرض بعض التوصيات من أبرزها إعادة النظر في طرق إدارة المؤسسة تخطيطا وتنفيذا ومتابعة. وأيضا تقييم واسع النطاق ومنتظم أثناء وبعد العملية التدريبية، للتقدم نحو تحقيق الأهداف المسطرةThe aim of this study is to identify the role of training of employees in the organizational effectiveness of the staff of Sonalgaz Foundation in Ghardaia. In this study, the student relied on the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for studying data collection. The study was composed of administrative and technical staff, the Sonalgaz Foundation in Ghardaia. The sample included 37 employees. The results of the study showed that the training of the human resource is of fundamental and important importance that no organization can ignore regardless of the size or nature of its activity. The attention to the outputs of the training system improves the organizational effectiveness. Institutions. And that there is a relationship between the dimensions of the independent variable "assigned to training, training program, training methods" with organizational effectiveness, and a significant impact on the training of workers and its dimensions on organizational effectiveness. Some recommendations were also presented, notably the review of the ways in which the organization is managed, planned and implemented. As well as a broad and systematic assessment during and after the training process, to progress towards the established objectives.Item أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في ظل رفع كفاءة أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية دراسة ميدانية: شركة ALFA PIPE(جامعة غرداية, 2022) عبد الوهاب, مصيطفى; محمد كمال, سويلمتعالج هذه المذكرة موضوع " أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في رفع كفاءة أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية للمؤسسة.دراسة حالة – مؤسسة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE غرداية- من خلال معالجة الإشكالية التي تتمحور حول: إلى أي مدى يمكن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات أن تدعم فاعلية نظام الرقابة الداخلية؟ فمن خلال هذا البحث حاولنا إبراز أهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وذلك بالتطرق إلى المنطلقات والمفاهيم التي تنطوي عليها والفوائد وأهم أبعادها ومرتكزاتها وكيفية قياس أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية بالاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي. وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على مؤسسة تصنيع الأنابيبALFA PIPE بغرداية كعينة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية بالجزائر، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع الاستبانة أعدت لهذا الغرض على عينة مكونة من 50 استبيان، وفي ضوء ذلك استخدام الأساليب المناسبة في جمع وتحليل البيانات باستخدام(26)spss، بغية التوصل إلى هدف الدراسة. Using the descriptive analytical approach and based on the questionnaire method in the data collection process, whereby a sample of 58 employee has been taken, in conducting this data , we have adopted the statistical package program for social sciences. The study concluded that The Algiers Telecommunications Company is using financial information system effectively, The Algiers Telecommunications Company also relied on the financial information system that helps in the process of evaluating its financial performance, there is a statistically significant relationship between the financial information system and the improvement of financial performance in Algiers Telecommunications Company. The study aimed to test the impact of financial information on the movement of stock prices by examining the relationship between the financial ratios represented by: (book value per share, number of shares traded, market value of return, ratio of market value to book value, debt ratio, , The share turnover ratio) as independent variables and the dependent variable, the movement of stock prices. The study included 21 institutions listed on the Amman Stock Exchange using the time series data for the period 2013-2015, by estimating the simple and simple linear regression model between the study variables using Or statistical program EViews 9 to study the relationship between the variables of the study.Item رأس المال البشري ودوره في تعزيز الأداء التنظيمي - دراسة حالة حظيرة الحافلات التابعة للمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري -ولاية غرداية-(جامعة غرداية, 2022) فاطمة الزهراء, طاسيهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور أثر الرأس المالي البشري والأداء التنظيمي بالمؤسسة مؤسسة حظيرة الحافلات التابعة للمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري لولاية غرداية والتطرق إلى مكونات و أبعاد الرأس المالي البشري وكذا محددات الأداء التنظيمي و قد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداة الدراسة (الاستبيان). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: توجد أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرأس المال البشري والأداء التنظيمي عند مؤسسة حظيرة الحافلات التابعة للمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري لولاية غرداية. L'étude visait à connaître le rôle de l'impact du capital humain et de la performance organisationnelle dans l'institution, la Fondation du hangar à bus de la Société publique des transports urbains de l'État de Ghardaïa, et à aborder les composantes et les dimensions du capital humain, ainsi que comme déterminants de la performance organisationnelle, et nous avons adopté l'approche analytique descriptive à l'aide de l'outil d'étude (questionnaire), L'étude a atteint les résultats les plus importants: Il existe un effet statistiquement significatif entre le capital humain et la performance organisationnelle à la Fondation Bus Barn de la Société Publique des Transports Urbains de la wilaya de Ghardaïa.
