Item ﻣﻌﻮﻗﺎﺕ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ في ﺍلمؤﺳﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻮﻣﻴﺔ ﺍلجزﺍﺋﺮﻳﺔ ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔﺣﺎﻟﺔ(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023-11) عائشة, بوقليمينة; البشير ولي الدين, زنينةهدفت ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍلمﻌﻮﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟتي ﺗﻮﺍﺟﻪ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ في ﺍﻟﻘﻄﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮﻱهذ ﻭﻟﻠﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ تم ﺗﻮﺯﻳﻊ ﺍﺳﺘﺒﺎﻧﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻴﻨﺔﺗﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻦ36ﻋﺎﻣﻞفيﺍلمﺆﺳﺴﺔﺍﻻﺳﺘﺸﻔﺎﺋﻴﺔ)ﻗﺼﺮ ﺍلحيرﺍﻥ–ﺍﻷﻏﻮﺍﻁ(،ﻭﺗﻮﺻﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍ ﺇلىﻭﺟﻮﺩﻣﻌﻮﻗﺎﺕ ﺗﺘﻌﻠﻖﺑﺎلمﻌﻮﻗﺎﺕﺍﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯﻣﻦﺍلمﻌﻮﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻈﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﻋﺪﻡ ﻛﻔﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻹﻣﻜﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍلمﺎﻟﻴﺔThis study aimed to determine the major challenges and constraints that face the Electronic Management in the Algerian public sectors. To conduct that, a questionnaire was distributed to the sample study which comprised hospital institutions (Ksar-el hirane -Laghouat). The descriptive study found that there are Constraints related to insufficient the technical obstacles capacity and a level of organizational obstacles and insufficient the financial capabilities.
